We like this company a whole bunch. After several frustrating calls to other companies who either do not answer, or get back to you on THEIR time, it was refreshing to speak to someone directly. Dan provided a fair estimate based on our square footage and that estimate did not change. We had our gutters cleaned and moss removal spray applied on the roof where some low hanging trees made a mess. Dan is very thorough and was done in an hour. He works cleanly and leaves nothing behind. We were surprised that he removed 2 big bags of leaves and debris from our roof and gutters! He also detected an issue with our downspouts. Looks like the original builder failed to install one on the side of our house. I appreciate Dan pointing that out so we can get it corrected. I had a single high gutter that needed cleaning out--a quick, simple job if there ever as one--and asked four local companies for quotes. One was too busy (fair enough) and two asked for my address so they could "send someone out" in order to give me a quote (really?). Soon after that, Dan from Force Washing responded with a quote of $50. Bingo. He came the next day, threw up a ladder, and did the job. Boom. Dan was easygoing, courteous, and very professional. I scoured craigslist for an affordable & reliable, bonded & licensed company to help me abate a moss problem on the roof of my two story house. Force Washing gave me a very reasonable bid in quick and easy fashion based on online pics of my house. I received a call back within just a few minutes and made an appointment. right from the start I was treated with promptness and professionalism.
