Erick worked with us on the estimate and was helpful and patient with all of our questions. Marco is the onsite lead worker and is very knowledgeable and is perfect at getting everything done right. We chose Certainteed Landmark Pro (Cinder Black) because they make a very dark black shade that we wanted. Why Tony's stood out for us: * We used them before to fix a leak, so we kinda trusted them. * We knew we would get their "A Crew" (other companies we felt like we would get the B crew) because our home is smaller and one story. * No hidden cost or up-sales. The Crew - these guys were the hardest workers I've ever seen, (and I've seen a lot) they started at 7am - 6pm for 2 full days ! The cleanup after was great and they did a sweep with a magnet to pick up any loose nails in the yard. They were a pleasure to work with. All & All; I would hire Tony's again in a heartbeat. The hardest workers EVER. Erick and Marco top notch professionals. Thank you, Tony's Roofing !

I am a person who takes my time gathering information and educating myself before making any huge…read moredecisions because, as a widow, I find I have more time than money and I need to know that I am making the right decision. Over the last few years, I have known I needed to get a new roof, yet the funds weren't there. I had several roofing companies come out to my home for bids over a span of 4 years. 0ne company only did a satellite inspection of my roof, others came and inspected my attic, yet never went onto my roof, and 3 performed a full in person inspection in my attic and on my roof. I ended up choosing Roof and Nails for many reasons. David was my sales representative and first contact with this company, and he was very thorough in his inspection and in helping me understand all the steps this company would take in providing a great quality roof. Other companies also thoroughly explained the process, yet I feel Roof & Nails provides great quality, more protection, at an affordable rate. Through this entire process and before getting my new roof , I have watched how neighbors on both sides and across the street have received new roofs, yet they weren't given the superior quality I ended up getting and they paid the same or more for a 20 yr roof than my now 50 year roof. The material was dropped off on a Thursday and work started a few days later. At this point, Johnathan was my contact person for this project. Communication was great and he took care of everything. Johnathan has a professional crew who are great, hardworking and respectful. They also cleaned up very well afterwards. I have documented pictures of each step in putting together my roof. They even permanently added four OSHA compliant safety lifeline anchors for any future roof-related workers to use. None of my neighbors received these anchors with their new roofs. Last, yet not least, I feel I have come to know David and Johnathan better as individuals. They are good, honest, and down-to-earth family guys. I can't say that of all the companies I interacted with. This is something I considered when choosing a company. How are they as people, how do they treat their employees? This fact may not be important to others, yet It's important to me. I am confident I made the best choice in hiring Roof & Nail Company to take care of my roofing needs. They gave me a superior quality roof at a fair, not overinflated, price. This comes just in time for the rainy season. I'm ready!! There's a weight off my shoulders. I would have rated them 10+ stars if I could. The price was about right, they came out quickly and finished the job in about 4 days. The PM said everything was cleaned and the crew left. I went outside to check and found over 100 roofing nails scattered around my entire house. I used my own rolling magnet to get as many as I could, asked the PM to send a crew back and they did. After the 2nd pass by the crew, I took my magnet bar again and found another 20+ nails. I called the PM again, they sent someone again and I thought it was done. 3 months later I just stepped on a half inch roofing nail, and had to get a tetanus shot because of the laziness / low quality clean up.

Edgar was really professional with his inspection and set my mind at ease with the issue and the proposed solution. With the pending rainy season, I was somewhat disappointed that they wouldn't be able to address my issue for a couple of weeks. However, within two days of the inspection, I got a call that they could come right away to repair the issue. Now that's what I'm talking about! It literally took only 30 minutes to fix, but I appreciated Ability's ability (pun intended) to prioritize work and know when they could fit a quick fix into their schedule if time allowed. Most companies don't operate with such flexibility and knowledge. My only suggestion for improvement would be better communication when providing inspection windows and such. Thanks, Ability Plus Roofing!

We're currently in escrow on a home in Bend and during what was already a very stressful process, we suddenly needed a roof inspection ASAP. Brian was incredibly kind and accommodating and somehow managed to fit us into his already busy schedule the following day. He didn't just squeeze us in; he took the time to do a truly thorough and meticulous inspection and sent us the estimate that same evening. What really impressed me was how much he genuinely cared about doing a great job for us. He found an issue with the skylight that the home inspector completely missed. It was an expensive repair that would have cost us had he not found it. His inspection report was incredibly detailed with photos and video that made everything easy to understand and was extremely helpful when we were negotiating with the seller. But honestly, it was Brian's customer service that stood out the most. He told me to reach out if I had any questions or needed anything. I ended up reaching out to him on a Sunday, with absolutely no expectation he would respond on his day off, and he got back to me right away. Who does that anymore? Buying a home can be overwhelming and having someone like Brian in your corner made such a difference. I feel incredibly fortunate that we found him. He is knowledgeable, honest, responsive and clearly takes a lot of pride in taking care of his customers. It's rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond and I am genuinely grateful for the care and professionalism he showed us. If you are looking for a roofing professional you can trust, Brian at Bliss Roofing is your guy!
