Tyson and Hayden did an excellent job on everything!! I get a lot of moss on my backyard roof due to a lot of maple trees. Each time Mossbusters made the roof look new. They do an inspection as well and will fix any light repairs (there were a few loose nails in some flashing that they hammered back in) and let you know if there are any concerns you should address. They do a nice cleaning and washing of all the gutters and even though you can't really tell from the photos, my vinyl siding looks sparkling clean, especially the side that in the shade and gets a bit green. I had recommended them to my neighbor who also had service done a week ago and they gave us both a discount!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs these services.

The…read moresecond time we ended up getting a call past our appt time that they couldn't make it and would need to reschedule again. Ultimately we ended up opting to cancel upcoming plans in order to get the work done as soon as they were able, rather than push the service out even further. On the new service date a (contracted) worker showed up slightly late. I'm very glad we were home (even though after they'd rescheduled they suggested we didn't need to be home), as they ended up providing him with a plan that involved a different layout that we'd discussed with the original salesperson. We would've ended up with a gutter downspout across our patio, which we definitely did not want. The tech quickly offered an alternative (the original plan) which we again agreed to and the work began. It was slow going initially, as the contracted worker was alone for an hour or so (outside of the lady who'd accompanied him to tidy up and help move items). A second worker showed up after an hour or so and the 2 were able to complete the minor work quickly from there. Houses are very tight where we live, and we did get quite nervous when a large old section of gutter was dropped from the roof into our patio, coming quite close to our neighbors house and our plants. My other issue was with water usage. Although extremely conscious of staying on top of a tidy workspace, it ended up costing us a lot of water. Instead of washing away the debris after completing an entire area, she would very thoroughly spray each small area as they went. It was raining so debris was not sticking...a lot of water could've been saved by one good rinse once an entire area was complete. So far the replaced sections are functioning well and we've not noticed any issues. The tech who did the work seemed competent. However I would not use them again based off our overall experience.

I initially googled Beaverton Gutter Cleaning and found that there were several companies now claiming to be BEAVERTON GUTTER CLEANING. So many, that I had to come back to Yelp to find the correct phone number. I even had another company tell me over the phone they were Beaverton Gutter Cleaning and when I asked to speak with Emmett, and they didn't know who Emmett was. Emmett, the owner of the REAL Beaverton Gutter Cleaning has provided excellent service to us for years. I called him yesterday, he came out today. He removed all the debris from the gutters, downspouts and even a limb that was stuck across our skylight. Every time they've finished, he's always asked me if I want to walk around the house with him to make sure everything is clean. The owner is very nice and courteous. I'd also like to respond to the review left by Sara S. I've been using this company for years and I've never experienced anything but excellent service from them. I also tend to question negative reviewers who have no friends, no picture and a very common anonymous name. Many of these are bogus profiles by internet marketing companies. This can be devastating to a small business and even hurt the credibility of our Yelp Reviews. After reading some of her 1 star reviews, it makes me question if she's a paid negative reviewer or just a entitled drama queen. It was a nightmare trying to get a hold and to confirm an actual date for his company to finish the original job. (It took over month and half to get on his books.) Some how I had to pay an additional 225$, from the original price of 875$ for his company to come out (not even 3 months later) to get all the moss off. First the good... reasonable prices and the additional subs did a great job house painting & gutter installation was decent. The bad... gutter cleaners leave your yard a mess (aside from a quick blower run on walkways). The worst... the wrong replacement skylight model was procured by the install team who then proceeded to chop on and totally damage my interior trim box. The team eventually got the correct window and installed it however the trim box was not repaired properly (it was covered with additional material vs replaced to original form) which resulted in blocking the ability to install (or access) the screen. The team damaged the screen trying to install and claimed they would replace it with a custom screen that would be accessible. They took the damaged screen and relayed that they would return with the custom within a couple of weeks. Current state after 7 months of contacting both the office and the owner of this company is that i have a skylight in my house with a substandard trim box and NO SCREEN and have contacted both the owner of the business and the office team to try to resolve this for 7 months now with zero progress. Shame on me for completing skylight job payment when the owner pressured me with this outstanding issue and said "Don't you trust me...". (No I do not trust you, Chad.) Proceed at your own risk and beware of additional company names the owner operates under.
