All I have to say is yum!
After going the first time I was having cravings for the pork at this restaurant. The pork is succulent, juicy, and marinated in a delicious sweet sauce. It has a very nice texture and the flavor is consistent throughout. After a few weeks, I had built it up a little in my mind, but it lived up to the expectations the second time around.
Looking around the restaurant, you'll notice that everyone has tasty looking food on their plates. If you're like me and your Cantonese is sub-par, this is a restaurant where pointing for your order will probably land you something scrumptious. The signature dish is a beef sandwich, and if you're not sure if you found it on the menu, there are pictures of it posted around the restaurant. I eat a gluten free diet, so instead of the sandwich, I plan on getting the beef over rice next time I come.
This is a local place, but they do provide you with an English menu. The wait staff speaks mostly Cantonese, but there is usually at least one person working that can understand English.
*Tips
There is limited seating at this restaurant, so try to avoid the lunchtime rush by arriving around 11:30 or 12:00. I went at 2:30 on Saturday and they were all out of vegetable and buns for sandwiches.
There is also round table seating which means that you may end up sitting next to strangers. Embrace it, say hello, and look at what they're ordering.
