We were the only customers in the store, and the owner was sitting behind the desk on her phone. I politely asked if they had our size in Ariat jeans, and the response I received was, "Whatever you see over there," delivered in an annoyed tone. The interaction made us feel like we were bothering her simply by shopping there. Customer service goes a long way, especially in small local businesses. Unfortunately, we felt unwelcome and decided to take our business elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.

My genetically handicapped adult son took my 87 year old mother (his grandmother) to get her hair done next door. He was innocently waiting in the handicap parking spot (my mother has a handicapped placard) for her to finish her appt. Someone from this store (with a key to the door) accused my son of wanting to rob someone and acting suspicious or sketchy. He was sitting in his car and occasionally would get out to smoke a cigarette. When my mother came out of the salon next door, with her WALKER, this person didn't show any remorse for her poor judgment and accusations. What's really sad is that my mother has actually bought things from this store and yet this is how she treats people. Stay away from people like that!!!
