Lumber Liquidators is phase 2 (Phase 3: ???) (Phase 4: Profit) So, I drove out to Sanford with a slat of the remaining laminate to see if L.L. might have a match. Something I could use to replace the damaged section. Upon inspection they told me that my product was close to 10 years old--so no... No they didn't. However, they did have several newer models that were similar in color and design and gave me the lowdown on what I could do instead. After walking me through a few options I chose what was in my best interest...250 square feet of the lovely Auburn Walnut laminate. One week later it was in. When I went back out to pick it up, once again I was met with a staff that was on point. All very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent guest service through and through. Paid my bill, drove around back to their loading dock and got all the new gear, no sweat. Flood damage might be the worst thing that can happen to ones home (with the exception of fire or annihilation by Death Star) so I'd only wish that kinda devastation on the most heinous of my enemies. If that happens to be you (you know who you are) know this...Lumber Liquidators will take good care of you and your new floor

Eli is a new store manager there and he gave us exceptional customer service! I have lots of questions about the revised estimate after the measurement guy came out. Eli spent lots of time with me reviewing each line item explaining what the charge was for. It's very obvious that he is extremely knowledgeable about flooring and the installation process. He also was able to accommodate our quick timing so we could move into our new home before Christmas. Stellar job!

The girls in the office, especially Maria and Sylvia, were superb about keeping us informed and explaining every step of the way. I have to admit that because of the pandemic and shortages, they had not received the roof at the time that they expect it, and were not able to complete the project when they thought they would. This made us kind of nervous. But in the end, we were worried about nothing. They produced a beautiful screened lanai that we had wanted for a long time. They first sent a crew to work on the footers, and then it had to be approved by the inspector. Then we had to wait a good deal of time because the roof had not arrived because of the pandemic shortage. The wait was only two months. And it was unavoidable unfortunately because the roof materials had not been delivered to the company. we strongly recommend this business. Marcio Is the gentleman that came to our house to give us the quote and check up on things. He answered our calls and answered our questions promptly. Nilo and Augusto were The men that spent an entire day and a half building our lanai. They came in one afternoon at 1:30 to start the project and then the next day they came at 8 o'clock and stayed until 7 PM to complete it. Such hard workers! Beautiful job. But I must state again, that the woman behind the scenes, Maria and Sylvia held it all together for us. Calls and answered all of our questions and kept everyone in line. The very nice workers spoke Portuguese so I was unable to understand everything but all I needed to do was call Maria or Sylvia and of course Google translate and she would tell them what I said. So in the end everything worked out SUPERBLY! We LOVE our new lanai. We would recommend this company to friends snd family. M Ruthardt

I called on Sunday at 11am. My appointment was scheduled for Monday at 11am! John showed up a few minutes early and took a look at the old carpets in our new home. There was no sugar coating it, but we are not ready to replace the carpets yet. He was able to remove some staining without a problem, but he was very clear with me that some of these stains were years old from the former homeowner and would probably not come up. He gave me tips to gradually lighten some of the stains. He also walked me through caring for the carpet to drag out it's life span for a few more years. The carpets look great considering the age of them. I feel more prepared now to move our little kids into this new house. I am not done cleaning, but the biggest part is done! Thanks John! I trusted this company, referred by a close friend, but it became a nightmare. Dustin Chandler gave…read moreme an estimate and said at most five leveling bags might be needed, and that I'd likely get a refund since most people don't need leveling. Once the floor was torn out, they demanded 35 bags, and my cost jumped by over 50%. At that point, I felt like I was being held hostage. They told me if I didn't pay, they would leave me with an unfinished floor. I was completely stuck. Even if they had asked for 10k more, I would have had to pay. The drilling was extreme. Recessed lights came loose and fell out. Some vents fell out, and others were left hanging, turning the first floor into a mess. I had no warning this kind of damage could happen. When I couldn't get help from the staff, I contacted the owner, Celeste Carr, expecting some resolution. The worst part of this entire experience was speaking to the owner, who told me I was being offered only cents on the dollar as a courtesy, which I declined given what I had already paid. Instead of helping, she justified everything and told me I should have read the fine print. I felt betrayed. My advice: read every line carefully. This company leaves you without options once you're in. I fully expect the owner will respond with a fabricated story, but I stand by my experience.
