Source Peat Control immediately responded and had a technician come out the very next day. Awesome! They put down traps. We haven't caught the rat yet, but the traps are picking up all kinds of weird looking bugs lol grosssssss! But glad they are being caught. Poor lizard though! Hoping we catch the rat soon... I'm happy with the responsiveness of Source Pest Control.

This is a company you can definitely count on. They immediately answered all our questions and then…read moreunderstood our concerns. They were available the next morning while other companies were not. The other companies were all booked or did not offer the service we needed. Riley immediately called and communicated via text. This was so helpful. We did not have to listen to a recorded message or press any number to get to a Live Person for customer service. After a few hours of trying to get some assistance, we finally got in touch with All City Animal Trapping and got an appointment as early as the next morning. Shortly after that, Riley called. Riley was very informative, came to our house, and helped us with our situation. This company not only was professional, but he showed how much he knew and cared enough to tell us what other safety measures we could take. He did a thorough inspection which also made our whole family feel more safe. Riley is the most genuine pest control agent we have ever met. He and the staff is dependable. Their prices are also reasonable and affordable. He neither tried to over charge us nor did he try to upsell any other products/services they also provide. Thank you so much for your help! We know that if ever we need Pest Control services again, we know who to call. We already have All City Animal Trapping included on our contact list. It feels great to know who to call when we do need them again. Our family is so grateful! Thank you again!

The actual work done by the team was good, but I'm really disappointed with how the pricing and…read morequoting process was handled. I was explicitly told that the $150 dispatch/estimate fee would be applied toward the balance of the work that needed to be done. However, when the technician arrived, they quoted me $715 and didn't honor that agreement--so I essentially ended up paying $150 just for someone to stand in my home for 5 minutes. Because I had already sunk the $150 into the visit, I felt stuck and felt like I had no choice but to just pay the higher amount to get the job done. While the service itself was fine, the communication felt misleading. Just a heads-up to future customers: make sure to get your initial quote details and promotional offers in writing before they show up.

John took the time to tell me exactly what my infestation situation was and I really appreciate the way he presented the reality of my situation to me. Next up, Jeremy came to my house to complete part 2 of the work. Jeremy was awesome too. He was polite and careful during these times of COVID, my wife and I really appreciated that as well. Last but not least, Chris came out to the house to help us better understand what the situation was with a recent sighting of a field mouse in our backyard. Again, Chris was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The service and professionalism with Green Flash is top notch. Thank you very much!

It's been about three years since Gallant Termite & Pest Control handled our fumigation, and we've…read morebeen consistently impressed with their service. Duane Bushner was actually our original contractor when this entire process started, and having him back out today for our recent inspection was great. As always, he did an incredibly thorough walkthrough and took the time to share knowledgeable insights on termites (and roaches) and exactly what to keep an eye out for. What really sets Gallant apart is their 4-year warranty. Knowing they actually stand behind their work for the long haul gives us total peace of mind--it proves their work is truly bug-proof. Highly recommend Duane and the Gallant team if you want honest, quality service.

Despite repeated treatments, I am still finding roaches in different areas of the house. The number may be lower, but the issue is not resolved, which is disappointing. The technicians have been professional and courteous, but the results have not met my expectations. I had hoped follow-up visits would fully resolve the problem. If you are considering Gallant Pest Control, they do stand behind their warranty, but in my case the treatments did not eliminate the roach problem.
