The flooring started to fall apart about a year after installation, coming off in pieces throughout the entire house. Despite multiple calls, texts, and emails, Jon-E refuses to respond to my inquiries or provide any sort of support. I purchased 2800 square feet of flooring, and it now needs to be completely replaced. It is disappointing that a business owner would not have voicemail set up, not answer calls or texts, and provide such poor customer service.
