They asked if I was in the right place and kept staring at me. I said the number I called and they were more confused but I showed them it was the one on Google and my call log for yesterday. She called the manager and handed me the phone. The manager took my number and told me to hold. Then said there was a double booking and if I waited 45min they would give me a discount. Meanwhile the staff was staring at me and I've never felt more uncomfortable and unwelcome. The place was also filthy. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

The whole time I was very kind and even apologized when she said she was ready to go home. This is the only reason I'm writing this review, I don't think it's fair to be so rude to customers when they're just here for your service. I generally had a good experience, along with the two others that came with me, and felt confident after the manicure. Sad to say, the gel lasted barely 2 weeks before it started lifting. I've never had this happen to me anywhere I've had nails done. There was nothing excessive from my day to day either and I even tried wearing gloves to protect them more than my usual since I knew I was getting married. I did reach out to all six and they offered to only fix the nails that had lifted but that didn't feel right given 3 fixed nails wouldn't have been nice relative to 7 unfixed nails. So i decided to forego it completely. The gel also started peeling yesterday on an additional finger too. It's not even a month and it's been a huge disappointment for the price point to be honest.

I told Steve what is the point of having an appointment when there is clearly bad time management. I learned my lesson, never again.

I've been going to Foothill Nail Salon for over two years now, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Every visit is consistently a wonderful experience from start to finish. Alex is absolutely incredible. Her nail art is amazing, and she always takes the time to make sure every detail is perfect. Whether I bring in inspiration photos or have a specific idea in mind, she consistently creates exactly what I envision--and often exceeds my expectations. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her work and takes pride in making her clients happy. The salon itself is always clean and well-maintained. I appreciate that the tools are properly cleaned and sanitized, which gives me peace of mind every time I visit. The staff is also very attentive and always offers a beverage, making the experience feel relaxing and welcoming. Now UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!!!!! I have been a long time customer of Foothill Nails and even though I broke away from them for my nails I continued to go to them for my pedicures...I happen to love Lee's work. Anyway a couple of months back I noticed a LOT of changes in the place and I asked Lee about it and she said that there were new owners now, Ben and Alex, and that I should give them a try. She knew I had moved on to someone else to do my acrylics. I had tried several other places and wasn't happy with them so I decided to give Ben a try....SOOOOOOOOOO happy I did. Love his work!!!! I am now going into my third week with this set and they still look good, nothing has lifted and nothing has chipped. He didn't cut my cuticles when he filed m nails and he didn't take hours to do the great job. I LOVE THIS NAIL SALON! I have been getting gel manicures for years and finally found my favorite place. It is very clean and all of the staff are very friendly. They use new sterile clippers etc (the tools) for each client. I never have a wait long when I just walk in. I would like to see some new colors of gel polish, they have a lot to choose from, I just like to change my color a lot. Alice does a great manicure. I told her no showed her a different design, but she insisted on doing the same design. Kept saying she didn't have time I explained that I didn't have time to keep coming back and that I had a graduation that night. I didn't like it at the end. She got upset. It took a lot longer than she wanted. I explained to her that I did not want it in the first place she shouldn't have done it. I showed her what I wanted because I wasn't trusting that that design was gonna come off again. She got highly upset after she made the mistake as if it was my fault. I'm only writing this review because I really enjoyed going there and I really enjoyed getting my nails done with her one of the ladies there comes and tapped me on the shoulder and tells me that Kathy doesn't have time and I told her she's gonna do it because I paid her already. She explained that I will no longer be allowed to get my nails done there all of this because she made the mistake redid them twice not what I wanted, was late to her next appointment because she didn't listen to me in the first place. when I first got there at 9 AM and she didn't get there till 915 almost 920 to start my nails. I guess her being late was my fault too so even though I was kind, never rude did not yell kept my calm, I was told that I was not allowed to get my nails done there any longer that Kathy said she would no longer do my nails again because my designs take too long and it was to much for her. she made the mistakes and did not properly apply the polish, she admitted that to me. somehow I was to blame, so I'm giving them a one star for their customer service and for telling me not to come back to the shop because my nails take too long and it was to much for her to deal with my nails. I love getting designs and it is her fault that the polish was coming off. I had to get it off my chest. I was so upset I have never been told I could not go back to shop I've gotten designs by her that lasted four weeks never had an issue so all of this was very surprising to me after I was so kind to them. Great tips good laughs and they treat me this way. I guess that's how nail shops do it nowadays they don't like you or your designs are too much for them to deal with they ask you not to come back. Just left a bad taste and felt so humiliated. This polish literally started peeling the same day. I sent her the message and photos not to long after she did them. Horrible experience

As a first timer to both this spot and to eyelash extensions I was a little hesitant to try. Ahn put me at ease when she told me what she was doing while she was doing it and gave me tips on how to take care of the lashes for them to last longer. Super cute spot where everyone made me feel welcomed! Great job ladies I will be seeing you soon!
