Before you go to the Dr. if you have foot issues, go to this store. My first visit...... I had chronic foot pain, it was so painful, I thought I would have to cut back on my work. But I found this store. She sat me down, and asked me a few questions, and said it sounds like plantar fasciitis (she's not a doctor) But she knows what she's talking about. She had me put these shoes on, and I felt relief as soon as I put my foot down. 6 months later, I now don't feel any pain, this was such a relief. Yes, the shoes are very comfortable. I had the tennis shoes. They look ok. But some of the other ones, aren't so cute.....But you're not trying to be cute, you want that pain to go away. I went back in to get another pair. But they are on back order. I will always keep these shoes in my closet. I don't ever want that pain any more. She also said there good for preventing foot issues also. Go check them out you won't be disappointed. read more

Very knowledgeable owner & wife. I left with a great pair of tennis shoes & walking shoes. Highly recommended.

I was having some pretty severe piriformis pain and no one could figure out why. I had multiple x-rays, MRIs, tried chiropractic care, massages, red light therapy, heat/cold therapy, PT, cortisone injections, yoga, Pilates, magic potions and spells just to try and make this pain go away. Then finally a little, bubbling thought or desperation popped into my head; what if it's my feet? I had consulted with a podiatrist, (that yelp review will follow regarding the doctor's horrible bed side manner). But the bottom line from him was that he said, "NOPE your feet have nothing to do with that pain". Well, he was full of undiagnosed, diarrhea of the mouth.... I'm getting there on why... So I went to this Foot Solutions place and Carmen, who was so delightful, had recommended purchasing some custom made orthotics. Which I did. Then nothing happened, after a month or so, I contacted Carmen and she asked that I come in with my shoes and orthotics in hand.. or on my feet, which ever one made me happy. Which I did (on my feet, just in case you were wondering) and low and behold, my shoes that I loved, had zero support! Although they looked super cute, they were not helping my gait. While she did not have any shoes for purchase that would work for me, she had recommended some brands and the type of shoe I should be wearing. I immediately went to the shoe store and bought the recommended type of shoe... It's now been about 3 months and while the pain is not gone, it has gotten way better. So hopefully time will tell if this was one of the major issues, but from where I'm sitting this was well worth the cost of the orthotics. read more

Foot Solutions Henderson - Behold, the shoe! - Shoe Stores Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

First visit was great. Super friendly lady helping with orthopedic shoe recommendations. Very knowledgeable. Week later we go in with a valid coupon that would give us 20 percent off. Chose the shoes, guy working says "how about 10 percent off"? Uhhhh... kinda felt weird but these were $200 shoes. Whatever. He won't honor it. 2 months later, said shoes are completely worn off at the sole. Don't walk much, need a knee replacement. Took them back in, owner said he would reach out to manufacturer and call. Crickets, it's been 3 months. Don't go here. Sad to say no wonder these brick and mortar stores are dying off read more

Went it to buy a pair of brooks , unfortunately they did have my size . The owner helped me try on some sneakers and she was really sweet . I'll be back once you get more inventory read more

I spent about $350 I bought some brooks tennis shoes and some insoles that were $140 and after wearing them for about three weeks they were not helping my feet I just called and asked him what the return policy was and they said you have seven days as long as you didn't wear the shoes outside. How could you know something could work if you're not going to use them out side don't recommend this place they need to be a little more lenient with their return policy if their products don't work!!! read more

My foot hurt for months! As time went on it kept getting worse. After trying different types of shoes, I finally gave up and surrendered my foot to the Foot Solutions Henderson! Now I am kicking myself for not coming sooner. After receiving the beat service and education, I left with two pairs of shoes! Now, my feet are HAPPY! I feel my recovery with every step I take. Awesome business, awesome owners! Carmen and Allen are so helpful and respectful to their customers! We'll be back!!!

I have been using an insert in my shoes for going on 20 years because of plantar fasciitis which has been effective in reducing the pain when I walk long distances. Recently the pain has returned even on short walks with my dog so I stopped at this store. The person helping me was very informative suggesting that the inserts need to be replaced every 5 years and that my shoe size had changed. Although I did not end up buying one of their inserts, she remained very cheerful and helpful. read more

The absolute kindest staff. They help me with complex orthotic needs. Thank you for everything

After a negative one star experience with Apache Foot & Ankle Specialists I made a beeline to Foot Solutions of Las Vegas. I close off my Fort Apache Foot and Ankle Specialists review discussing Dr. Wittenberg refusing to create an ankle support for my left foit until I visit a Neurologist to examine a hereditary condition that causes tremors on the left side of my body. I made the most of his diagnosis for Plantar Fasciitis by visiting Foot Solutions of Las Vegas for othodics. This would be FAR LESS $ than visiting a neurologist for a generic condition that is most likely untreatable. As I write this, Dr. Wittenberg's Henderson practice did not have an X-ray machine causing me to think that the Plantar Fasciitis diagnosis is a band aid solution. The Daniel S-pectation: I expected a small shop specializing in shoes and over the counter othodics for the heel. I also expected professional service. The Daniel S Report of his experience : Foot solutions is located in the southwest corner of Eastern at Horizon Ridge in the former out of business Albertson's shopping plaza by Panda Express and KFC. When I stepped my poor left foot inside Foot Solutions of Nevada, DeWitt who was attentativly helping a customer, greeted me at the same time he let me know that he'd help me soon. I could understand why the shop is busy. They sell footwear and over the counter othodics for Plantar Fasciitis sufferers. This report is a shout out to DeWitt. He went over and above to help the customer before me and myself. He had suffered from Plantar Fasciitis himself and understood the pain of this foot ailment. He measured both feet before placing othodics for me to try on. The second othodics he placed on my feet felt much better. They are green superfeet that fit into my New Balance sneakers. They seem to be an improvement on my feet until I return to a professional podiatrist for an x-ray (sorry Dr. Wittenberg of Apache Foot and Ankle) and not a neurologist (unless a professional podiatrist directs me to one). DeWitt might of gave me the gift of walking without a limp until the Plantar Fasciitis God willingly heals. Chances of a future Daniel. S check-in here: The supergreen arch support is supposed to last the duration of my footwear. $43.23 is a fair price to pay if it repudiates the foot pain. My only concern is that I might have another ailment that an x-ray and not neurologist could diagnose. If I don't return for the above reason, I recommend Foot Solutions with a visit to a professional podiatrist for Plantar Fasciitis footwear. read more

My wife needed new shoes and Foot Solutions in Summerlin had closed. We went here yesterday and she got the shoes she wanted. The person who helped her was very thorough and professional. When I checked in on Yelp, I saw there was a Yelp deal. It turns out to be a $15 discount on what you buy. When I knew she had found something she wanted, I bought the deal and redeemed it a few minutes later! Pretty slick, Yelp and good advertising Foot Solutions. One other thing, we were told that this store was in a plaza 1/2 mile from where it really was. When I couldn't find it in the first mall, I pulled it up on Yelp and I let the map lead me there. All in all, I'm a fan. read more

I LOVE this store and Carmen who is one of the owners. She is so unbelievably knowledgable about what type of shoe would be best for you to wear. She has helped me on several occasions. My fiance and I both work on our feet all day, and were in need of shoes that could last for more 3 hours. Alann had just the shoes we needed! Both my fiance and I got a pair of joya shoes for work and felt an immediate difference with the shoes on. I personally have torn my MCL 3 times and currently have a flare up of inflammation to the point of having to wear my knee brace again. With the shoes on I'm able to have almost full weight distribution. Alan was very helpful and informative with also trying to find solutions for a pair of hiking shoes I already own that may not be giving me the full support I need. Well worth it to stop in and walk out with brand new feet!! Thank you Alan !!!! read more

Stopped in to see if I could find some sandals to help my hurting feet. The salesman who helped me was so kind and knowledgeable about foot problems and helped to find the right shoe for me. What a blessing Carmen and Paul are. We went there just looking... we ended up with so much more than a pair of shoes. Knowledge and a new place to buy shoes for our feet that need special attention and mostly got to know some good people. They took the time we needed... there were many people that were already customers who came and went... everyone was happy to see the owners and get their shoes! I have hurting ankles and feet so decided to give this place a try. Their web stated that they are foot specialist and measure your foot multiple ways. When I arrive on Saturday afternoon the one assoc was eating behind the counter when he greeted me. I stated I needed a good shoe for standing all day in black. He asked my size , didn't do any measuring or calibration and recommended a shoe. He help me put them on. I stated it felt like there was a bump in the middle and asked to try a different shoe. He stated it would feel the same. I asked to see two other shoes and he stated he didn't have my size. I said thanks a left. He didn't offer to order, didn't recommend a brand, didn't even know if I had flat feet, high arch or bunions. He was indifferent. But like the web said, they do not have sales people. That's true! I expected a lot more from a specialty shoe store boasting of being a shoe specialist with few brand choices. Don't waste your time visiting this place. read more

I was referred by my Podiatrist to Foot Solutions on Rampart for orthotics. When I called to inquire about their services, received rude treatment by the manager. Decided to call the Foot Solutions Henderson store. Learned that these stores are franchises and independently owned/operated. Allen and Carmen, the owners, answered my questions in a polite and unhurried manner. I decided to make an appointment to meet with them, since I would be driving from NLV, a considerable distance. Both Allen and Carmen could not have been nicer! I was armed with the information from my Podiatrist when I arrived for my appointment, and they took it from there. Fitted for orthotics, and these were ready within 10 days or so, when I returned to the store for the fitting and educational review. What a game changer these have proven to be for my arches, and my left knee, NO DISCOMFORT! Have been wearing these since Memorial Day weekend everyday. So pleased about my experience with these. Also, on my first visit to the Foot Solutions Henderson store, I purchased two pairs of the Aetrex sandals in black and gray, with adjustable step-in straps support. These provide excellent arch support, and are comfortable to wear. Carmen did a great job on making sure I had the correct style for my needs. Brava, Carmen! Highly recommend Foot Solutions Henderson! read more

Well, at first I thought the store was pleasant. The male employee is great. However I went back to pick up a special order and one employee didn't say a word to me and the one who helped me was short and hurried me out the door. I then went back later that day, with my mother in law and my girl, and that same employee who was short with me was blatantly disrespectful to my Hispanic mother in law. And just because we came in near closing they hardly cared about what we wanted. May I add, my first visit my family bought $850 worth of shoes. My second visit my mother in law was looking to buy another $250 pair of shoes. My business is now lost. I'll find another way to order my shoes. I don't recommend this store unless you absolutely need to be there. read more

This place is incredible, always just walked in and out in about 30 minutes. Always joyas under my arm, Best shoe ever for service workers. Many people are not feeling the sticker shock but it's like buying insurance for the feet, and pretty darn cheap at that! Thanks y'all for being patient and chill when listening to my foot concerns, it's time for another pair. Not sure if that's the best sole for the service industry ? Not oil resistant, always though they were. Anything better than Joyas ? If so , I want to know. Around 3 hundred bucks. Sincerely, Andrew Lowe read more

OK, where are all the peeps? This place is empty, and that is fine by me. 1. Normally buy my running shoes at Village Runner. 2. However, last pair, I did not get support I needed as it supported supination too much. 3. I did not know what was wrong. 4. At Foot Solutions, they will analyze your walk and etc and get you into the right shoes. I am very happy with my current pair. 5. Pricing - Okay, perhaps 7-8 % more expensive than Amazon, yet Amazon cannot analyze what you need in a shoe. 6. Selection - small but enough. 7. Service - this is the key. You can buy shoes from everywhere and for cheap. Getting the RIGHT shoe for you is difficult and this is where Foot Solutions is on top of their game. Go for it. read more

Carmen (Owner) and her husband run the entire store. Wonderful people to deal with!! I was trying to find replacement orthotics for my shoes and was told I do not need any. She explained to me the orthotics I had been wearing for years, actually did nothing to aid my feet . Could she have sold me something I did not need? YES. Did she? NO! Very very informative and educated with issues relating to shoes and foot problems. If I ever need any kind of shoe or advice I am going back to this place. Thank you so much Carmen!!! read more

I found service pretty awesome. But not well stocked. In my experience, I needed to have everything ordered in. So far, I've bought in-house slippers that were phenomenal. I've been convinced that these Joya shoes will help with my fasciitis, but are super expensive. Just bought them today. Joya shoes not helpful at all! Found that the slippers and physical therapy best way around fasciitis. Good thing I got the slippers here! read more

Continuing the search for the shoes that will help my Mom's knee & foot heal, we ended up scheduling an appointment for her feet to be analyzed. After an hour of walking, trying on shoes with & without the specially designed insert, she purchased a shoe with a very deep cradle & the insert. Although this store was very pricey, the staff was so helpful & willing to keep trying shoes until she could find one that helped her walk straight, took pressure off her heals & toes & didn't rub. She is very pleased with her purchase & was glad they knew that she could return her shoes to The Red Rock running co for a full refund. Which we did! That kind of took a little of the sting out of the charges here at Foot Solutions :) read more

Foot Solutions Henderson - My new super feet ! - Shoe Stores Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

We ordered a pair of shoes for my father in Australia towards the beginning of the month (November). We were told they were on back order and would be in on the 11/12 and that they would call us as soon as they got in, which was fine because I was not flying out to go see him until the 29th. So we paid in full up front and went on our merry way. We had not heard anything from by the 15th so we called and we were then told that they were on back order till the 12th and then it would be a further 5-10 business days to get them to the store. That pushes us back to the 24th at the latest, disappointing but still workable as I didn't fly out till the 29th. Today rolls around now being the 27th and we have had no word from them on the shoes so yet again we call them to confirm that they are there to come pick up. The woman who answered the phone told my wife she had nothing there but would call the manufacturer and call her back. Upon the call back the woman said the manufacturer hadn't mailed the shoes out yet and it would be another 5 business days until they arrived to the store! My wife told the woman on the phone the whole situation as to how we ordered them a few weeks ago and that they were already supposed to be in so I could take them on my flight to Australia in 2 days. She then asked if they would be willing to ship them to Australia once they came in as to help offset the cost and the massive delay the woman says no. Then she asks if we will be able to receive a discount due to the huge inconvenience and now the international shipping we are going to have to pay due to them, and again she says no. We then asked to speak to the owner, a man named Owen gets on the phone and after explaining the whole situation again he still refuses to help us out in any way other than just refunding back our initial payment. This is ridiculous they had no contact with us during the entire month to update us on the situation. Had we known they were having issues with the manufacture we could have canceled the order and bought them elsewhere online days ago. Now I am scrambling to buy them online and pay extra next day shipping to have them here in time. ...And with that said the Dunham shoes I bought through Foot Solutions were $135, everywhere else online (Amazon, Zappos, Orthoticshop, Shoes) all have them $99.95 with free standard shipping. That's a big mark up to deal with a lot of BS and have my order be completely ignored after placing it. read more

The staff is very nice. I would be nice as well if I was selling shoes almost $300. Unfortunately I was informed my foot is differant than most other people. I could not believe how many excuses I heard for the shoe they sold me that is too big. This is a speciality shoe store people. The shoes need to fit. I let it go because the sales person was so nice. I figured she had to do this to keep her job. I bought another pair of shoes instead and tried to forget about the big pair. But the professional people in the office want to explain everything under the sun about there return policies. Now Im aware of 3 no return policies. I wish they would stop sending me emails. It reminds me of excuses my children would give me.. read more

I bought about $1,100 worth of shoes today from Carmen. She helped me try on every pair of mens shoes that they have. I found several I like for different situations. This place and the people who work there are AMAZING. I have to wear 5 inch wedges to work for 8 hours and I literally couldn't walk afterwards. After two weeks, I had had enough and found foot solutions. They spent an hour with me figuring out how to take the pressure off my feet and customized my work wedges with three different types of padding and support and then covered it to not be so noticeable. Both Carman and Allen are wonderful people, very helpful and concerned for your needs. I dreaded going to another shoe store for shoes for my painful, miserable arthritic, neuropathy feet. Carman had no problem figuring out which shoes I would be happy with. It took a little while to get used to my new shoes as I was used to wearing oversized shoes filled with cotton and pieces of shoe inserts where I needed them. Now I wear them every day and I can walk quite a ways compared to how far I used to walk. With summer coming and when the virus is gone, I am planning on going back for a more summer-like shoe. Thank you both, Carman and Allen. Dianne Hudson read more
