I would like to share my experience at Aerie today, September 9, 2026. This is my favorite…read morelocation, and I shop here regularly, so I was disappointed by the customer service I received. We arrived before opening and were waiting outside at 9:57 AM. At around 10:03 AM, an employee wearing a black tank top with long hair came to open the door. She walked slowly toward the entrance, and when she opened it, she did not greet us, smile, or even acknowledge us. She appeared irritated and was yawning. I understand that everyone can have a difficult morning, but a simple "Good morning" would have made a difference. While we were shopping, my son said hi to another employee, who was very kind and greeted him back. When my son said hi to the employee who had opened the door, however, she did not respond or smile at him. Later, my son accidentally peed on the floor. The employee informed me, and I immediately apologized. She then walked away. When I saw the accident, I asked if I could have a mop so I could clean it myself, but she told me it was okay and that they could take care of it. I appreciated that, but her overall attitude throughout our visit made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I love Aerie, and this location has always been my favorite. I understand that employees have bad days, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and kindness. Even a simple greeting or smile can make a big difference, especially when shopping with children. I hope this concern will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I am sharing this because I genuinely enjoy shopping here and would love to continue having positive experiences at this location. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

I was surprised to see that they have a pretty large selection of shoes and that they are discounted! They even have a clearance rack in the back that is something like 60% off! You can't go wrong with those prices! I found that they have women's options too. Cute boots, hats and even apparel! There was a nice puffy jacket that I liked, marked down from like $250 to less than $100! When we were checking out, I noticed they had $5 beanies by the register; what a good deal! The wailers here are all very nice and helpful! They don't try to upsell you, just try their best to help find what you're looking for. It's kind of a small store, so their inventory isn't super expansive, which is understandable. Am I a timberland girlie? I…read morelove my current On shoes, but I bought them through a third-party on Amazon and my left shoe is ripping and it didn't qualify for warranty, so I am looking for a new pair. I figured the outlet would offer good pricing. I came in and was early greeted by Michael. He complimented the current On shoes I had on and then asked me what I came in for. He also listened and was sympathetic when he heard my story about my shoes not being under warranty since I bought it through a third-party on Amazon. He asked me what my preference for styles. After that he brought one out that he thought I would like. I was super interested in the style, but unfortunately I wasn't a fan on the color and unfortunately they were out of my size in the color I liked. He also tried to look in the back for another show I was interested in, but unfortunately they were out of my size. He also helped to explain the different styles of soles and shoes and what each shoe is best for. He was super knowledgeable and was soooo helpful! I honestly feel bad that I didn't buy a shoe because he was so helpful and catered so much to me. But he totally understood and didn't pressure me to buy a pair of shoes, which made me want to buy a pair even more. He also let me know to come during the week and often because their stock is constantly changing. I will definitely be back to see Michael! I'm so glad I met him as I learned so much more about the On brand. The shoes here were definitely cheaper than retail price. I would have definitely bought a pair of two if they had my size in the style I wanted. Definitely a great store with great employees!

DO NOT BRING YOUR EXPENSIVE OR HIGH-END ITEMS HERE!!!!!…read more I brought in my $1,000 Hermès belt for what should have been an incredibly simple job: punching one additional hole. They punched the hole completely off-center. I genuinely don't understand how a professional repair shop manages to miss the center of a belt this badly on such a basic job. To make matters worse, they also left excess material hanging from the back of the belt from the punch. I brought the belt back and specifically told them to clean up the excess material but DO NOT attempt to fill the incorrectly punched hole. My concern was that any filler or resin would eventually crack or fall out, potentially causing the two holes to combine and permanently damage the belt. When I returned to pick it up, they had ignored my instructions and filled the hole anyway. I was told the resin would stay in place and that the belt was "fixed." I wasn't happy with the repair, but I decided to accept it and hoped I could at least continue using the belt. The very first day I wore it, the resin cracked and fell out. Exactly what I warned them would happen. The two holes have now combined into one large hole, making the belt unusable at that size. What made the situation even worse was the owner's response. I was told the original missed punch was essentially "not a big deal." If it wasn't a big deal, why did you attempt to repair it against my explicit instructions and ultimately make the damage worse? Mistakes happen. What I find unacceptable is the combination of poor workmanship, ignoring a customer's specific instructions, an unsuccessful repair, and then minimizing the damage afterward. This wasn't a cheap belt I dropped off for a quick fix. It was a $1,000 Hermès belt, and I trusted a professional to perform one of the simplest alterations possible. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not trust this business with an expensive handbag, belt, or other high-end leather item. At this point, I believe the appropriate resolution is reimbursement for the belt they damaged. Extremely disappointing experience from beginning to end. AVOID THIS BUSINESS IF YOU VALUE YOUR HIGH END ITEMS!!!
