The selection was pretty massive. I did not know they had many different style and pairs. The pairs are all marked down about $30-$60 from the retail prices for the shoes. She recommend 4 different pairs as I mentioned to her I'm a healthcare worker and always look for comfortable pairs of shoes for work. I called ahead and specifically asked whether the advertised price was real or if I'd get there and be told the material was cheap and I needed to upgrade. They assured me the suits were high quality and the price was accurate. When I arrived, it was exactly what I expected. The special only applied to the lowest‑quality material, and to get anything decent I had to upgrade. I ended up paying an extra thousand dollars. Now that the suits are here, the material feels like absolute junk--stiff, rough, and cheap, like old polyester pants from childhood. I wouldn't buy suits from this place again.

We get outfitted here for all our special and routine events. Ellis is amazing and knew his shirt measurements without us telling her. The lady who takes care of the alterations has been with Jacobi's for 30 years and it shows. She sweet and does an amazing job. Superb customer service. We'll always return for suits.
