I head straight to the clearance. If you want a deal this is your spot. I regularly find name brand shoes for the low low. Anywhere from 30%-70% off - now that's a deal!!! I rarely buy shoes here at regular price, but their selection is HUGE. I always browse the aisles, and there is literally tons of different styles. Prices range from cheaper to expensive. Their handbag and accessories always seem overpriced in my opinion. Not as common to find a deal in that area. They have a small sock/tights section up towards the cash register. The best thing is the coupons. It seems like I receive many offers and deals in the mail, and a birthday $10 off is any girl's best friend.

They had socks, ties, bow ties, etc to satisfy any taste and or style. The placement and display of each item was done with care and concentration. I purchased a handcrafted leather bracelet from the Anthony Payton collection. It's soft and subtle, but a statement piece no less. It was an enjoyable grand opening. I wish this new business well.

I did buy a pair of shoes because i really needed them, but turned around and returned them the same day because I don't want to support a store that doesn't provide quality customer service....especially for something as important as footwear for running. At my age, especially, quality footwear is so important. I chose another local establishment and was very happy with the immediate attention I received upon entering. I asked an associate what size was equivalent to a woman's 9 1/2 in a men's Hey Dude. She stated a Men's 11. She was WRONG! After doing a google search. It was a men's 7. Well, they were out of stock of ALL Mens 7's. It was suggested a I get men's 8. I got the men's 8. I've purchased several pair of hey dudes this for my oldest son year. Then, earlier in the week I purchased a boys 6/7 hey dude for my son, again they were out of stock, so I had them shipped to my house. I showed the purchase to the cashier asking her that with my new purchase in my had today, and the online order if I could spin the wheel. The cashier wasn't sure if I could or not. Confused she turned to the female manager working and asked if I could spin the wheel. The manager asked for my ID. Not sure what my ID had to do with spinning the wheel, but ok, I showed her my ID. The manager said yes I could spin the wheel. She walked into the office, she came back out and asked me what I ordered. I told her I didn't order anything, I ordered online it was shipped to the house, showed her the order. She was so mad at that point, then YELLED AT ME! Then said NO!! You can't Spin the wheel! I was shocked!! Wow! She must really hate her job to treat customer like this! In shocked I left. 12/12/2022 shoes were too big, I return to the store to return the hey dudes that I purchased. The cashier was very nice in the return process. Asked why I was returning them, I stated they were too big, that I needed a 7. I would go look on the floor, but last I looked you didn't have any, and I could not order online either. The SAME female manger walked up disrupted our conversation jerked the shoes off the counter looked at the bottoms of the shoes. I said if they were worn they were worn in the store and tried on again at home, that was it. She then threw them in the box. This manger needs to not have this title as a manager. She needs a reality check. I have filled out the survey online, and corporate has been in contact with me and stated that this will be looked into and will be resolved. This manager is down right rude and needs to be retrained. I will never set foot back in the NorthCrest Shopping Center Shoe Carnival Again.

Teresa helped me connect with Jill from alterations to do the measurements. I'm ordering a custom Vietnamese dress (Ao Dai) and needed a lot of measurements done. Both Jill and Teresa spent time with me to do measurements and write them down. They're both literal angels. Highly recommend going to them if you need assistance with anything. Specifically, Jill can help with altering blouses, pants, sleeves etc. Also, shout out to Christy for welcoming me to Fort Wayne and helping me get some cologne.
