I started my treatment a couple months ago. I had headaches and severe back pain for going on a year or more. My neck hurt so bad that taking care of my daughter or doing daily tasks were becoming difficult. I was so nervous during my first appointment. Hearing the results were shocking. Dr. Nagel was very knowledgeable on explaining exactly what was wrong and how the process was going to go. I'm feeling so much better. I'm not medicating myself everyday. I went from having a nonstop headache to maybe one a week. My daily activities are much easier without having the stress of needing a break. I'm sleeping so much better as well! I had little flexibility in my right hip and frequent pain in my hip, lower back and leg, especially after exercising. It often kept me up during the night. I tried massages, stretches and heat pads, but I could not get any relief. Even after the first chiropractic adjustment with Dr. Nagel, I was able to move more freely and my pain was relieved. I was recommended by my aunt who had kneck problems years ago. When I walked in I had 2 bulging disks in my kneck. I could barely turn my head to the point where, quite frankly I should not have been driving. I was in constant pain. In the first visit adjustment I saw great improvement. The staff is awesome! They always address any concerns and do what is best for the patient. Before I commited to their course of treatment, I read reviews about their costs, which was concerning. However, to me, I would rather pay for preventative maintenance than for surgical procedures that could limit my lifestyle. If you're concerned, just talk to the staff and they'll recommend alternatives if possible. They're honest and they track your progress with xrays. I went in with a pinch nerve in my lower back and I have been going here for a few weeks now. When I first went in I was in a lot of pain and could not really walk well. They took X-rays and came up with a plan to help me get back to good. I've seen improvements every time I go in for my adjustments and rehab.
