He offers helpful suggestions on how to fix chronic pain, especially if it is something as easy as buying a new pillow. He asks questions and easily pinpoints what needs adjusted back into place. Yes there are times you are cringing from the pain of pressure being put on a tight spot but afterwards it is all worth it! I leave his office feeling rejuvenated and "fixed." Back in HS he used to wrap my arches for me. My arching were falling and contributing to my already 40-yr-old knees. The tape lasted long and I could shower in it and leave on for days. She was trying to hold it together while taking my information. (I was a new patient for him.) Once I got back to the room, she must not have put my information incorrectly, because he told me to come to the computer and enter my own information. Which I thought was highly inappropriate! He then told me to stand straight up, which I couldn't do because my back was messed up, and then he got mad when I couldn't do it and spoke very gruffly to me. He cracked my back, and it hurt like hell. I've been to three other chiropractors over 35 years and never had that issue ever. I told him I was in a lot of pain, and he disregarded it completely. I told him that I usually do yoga to stretch my back out and he said that was worthless, even though the three other chiropractors all said that was great for stretching out your back muscles and bones. Then he was bragging about how many clients he had and how great of a chiropractor he was. Totally arrogant and rude. I would never go back, and I would never recommend him to anyone.
