At my age, especially, quality footwear is so important. I chose another local establishment and was very happy with the immediate attention I received upon entering. There is a heated pool in the hotel I am staying and darn it, I was going to use it! 2) my brother needed new sneakers 3) we both needed new gloves. We both had a pair but needed one that allow you to text message. Why? The company I work for, which also had just hired my brother use an app on your phone to give you access to enter through the doors. You better be able to touch your screen of you won't get in. Problem is... if it's cold as heck you don't want to take off your gloves. I easily found the swim trunks... a bit pricey for my taste... $40. We went to the shoe section and got my brother a new pair of sneakers that comfortably fit and were reasonably priced. We were helped by the employees manning that section. Gloves... that was a nightmare. Finding the section wasn't easy and required me to ask someone for help... when I got there that section was a mess. Took me 30 minutes to find the type of gloves we were looking for and in our size... ridiculous. If they had all sections of their store as well managed as the show area... this would be at least a four star review. Still since I am finding my way around the area if I need winter clothes or shoes... I may find myself here again.

We entered the store and met an unassuming young man named Ben. After asking a few questions he brought our 3 pairs of shoes to fit me. Then he brought out 12 more pairs of shoes to fit me. Two important points; 1. He worked his but off and I believe he does this for every customer. 2. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from him. In my 74 years of living I have NEVER!!!!! purchased more than 1 pair of shoes at a time. My wife also purchased 2 pairs of shoes (1 on backorder) Ben brought out 8 pairs of shoes to fit my wife's foot. A great young man with great work ethic who knows shoes. Go to Woldruffs and ask for Ben. He is a great representative of Woldruffs. Oh one more point. As he packaged our shoes Ben tied up the shoelaces as they were originally and , wait for it, He walked us to the door and held the door open for us as we left.
