The private lot but it's basically a large room filled with dusty products that haven't been purchased and probably never will due to the age of the item. Very Amish oriented and for the people that don't live in that way the items are of zero use. This isn't a grocery store. They sell fabric and farm equipment along with kitchen wares. Lots of sewing supplies and such things along the lines of that. If there is a specific item like that you're looking for the. This would be the place. I also found the employees to be unfriendly and judgy because I wasn't Amish. Or at least that's how I felt. I wouldn't go back but it id locally owned so I would support it if I had something there I needed.

We entered the store and met an unassuming young man named Ben. After asking a few questions he brought our 3 pairs of shoes to fit me. Then he brought out 12 more pairs of shoes to fit me. Two important points; 1. He worked his but off and I believe he does this for every customer. 2. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from him. In my 74 years of living I have NEVER!!!!! purchased more than 1 pair of shoes at a time. My wife also purchased 2 pairs of shoes (1 on backorder) Ben brought out 8 pairs of shoes to fit my wife's foot. A great young man with great work ethic who knows shoes. Go to Woldruffs and ask for Ben. He is a great representative of Woldruffs. Oh one more point. While I was only looking for mens shoes, they do carry womens and childrens shoes as well. They weren't as busy as I thought they would be and it allowed me to have a great experience and a lot of interaction with the male employee on duty. If corporate is reading this I didn't catch his name but his ID was 253710 on my receipt. I was greeted when I walked in the door, asked what I was shopping for, and directed where to go. After looking for a little while, the guy came over asked if I needed help or any suggestions. He was knowledgable about the products they caried and while I was trying on shoes he grabbed a couple of different sizes I needed which was appreciated. They carry a lot of the national brands of tennis shoes and have a pretty decent selection. They had a lot of odd color combinations, perhaps because they are an outlet store and not a department store, that I did not find appealing and were somewhat lacking in something that appealed to me (white or black dominant colors). To each theri own when it comes to shoes so don't let me dissuade you if loud and proud is you. Their prices seemed to be a little lower than the major chains and their sales seemed to be a little bit better than what you see at the department stores. The clearance section was a hodgepodge of leftovers but their prices were outstanding 50%-75% off regular retail. I did locate a pair of boots I liked and purchased. The checkout experience was fast, friendly and efficient. When asked about tennis shoes, I let them know they didn't have something for me and the guy suggested I try their online store. When I got home I did go online and found what I wanted so while the store missed that sale the company got it in the end. I would recommend this store and their chain to anyone.

One thing for certain, and two to be sure, as my parents say, I require a committed level of customer service. I work hard, I'm fair, I'm considerate, I'm polite and I expect that in kind. When it's not received, it leaves almost an indelible mark in my memory. They weren't extremely busy, but they were extremely social. Some team members had friends in visiting, as opposed to buying. If visiting keeps the brick and mortar operational, keep at it, if not, tighten up!
