The best thing is the coupons. It seems like I receive many offers and deals in the mail, and a birthday $10 off is any girl's best friend.

Well, they were out of stock of ALL Mens 7's. It was suggested a I get men's 8. I got the men's 8. I've purchased several pair of hey dudes this for my oldest son year. Then, earlier in the week I purchased a boys 6/7 hey dude for my son, again they were out of stock, so I had them shipped to my house. I showed the purchase to the cashier asking her that with my new purchase in my had today, and the online order if I could spin the wheel. The cashier wasn't sure if I could or not. Confused she turned to the female manager working and asked if I could spin the wheel. The manager asked for my ID. Not sure what my ID had to do with spinning the wheel, but ok, I showed her my ID. The manager said yes I could spin the wheel. She walked into the office, she came back out and asked me what I ordered. I told her I didn't order anything, I ordered online it was shipped to the house, showed her the order. She was so mad at that point, then YELLED AT ME! Then said NO!! You can't Spin the wheel! I was shocked!! Wow! She must really hate her job to treat customer like this! In shocked I left. 12/12/2022 shoes were too big, I return to the store to return the hey dudes that I purchased. The cashier was very nice in the return process. Asked why I was returning them, I stated they were too big, that I needed a 7. I would go look on the floor, but last I looked you didn't have any, and I could not order online either. The SAME female manger walked up disrupted our conversation jerked the shoes off the counter looked at the bottoms of the shoes. I said if they were worn they were worn in the store and tried on again at home, that was it. She then threw them in the box. This manger needs to not have this title as a manager. She needs a reality check. I have filled out the survey online, and corporate has been in contact with me and stated that this will be looked into and will be resolved. Teresa helped me connect with Jill from alterations to do the measurements. I'm ordering a custom Vietnamese dress (Ao Dai) and needed a lot of measurements done. Both Jill and Teresa spent time with me to do measurements and write them down. They're both literal angels. Highly recommend going to them if you need assistance with anything. Specifically, Jill can help with altering blouses, pants, sleeves etc. Also, shout out to Christy for welcoming me to Fort Wayne and helping me get some cologne. As I handed the receipt to the lady, she said (aloud) "Oh, this is Ethel's sale." She then told me that I was free to look around for another pair, but made it abundantly clear from her body language that she wasn't about to help me look. And she didn't. I looked around the store for 30 minutes, and unless I walked back to the counter to ask her a question, she didn't help at all. To sum it up - they have a decent selection, especially if you have a hard-to-find size. The reason for the 2-star review is that they don't do refunds, and the lack of customer service unless you talk to the person "who's sale it is."
