In addition to Hugo, there were three other staff members helping me track down different sizes and models. It really felt like a team effort! A special shoutout goes to Hugo for his expertise. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the technical differences between all the various shoe types. I am definitely particular about my footwear, and he patiently helped me try on a million different sizes and styles before I was able to make a final decision. Price-wise, everything was market price, which is standard for Hoka. It was great to get that high level of service without any unexpected markups. I asked for 3 rounds of different shirts a backpack and some accessories, and the employee (I'm sorry I forgot your name) went back and forth every time with a smile. We chopped it up for a while about it being my favorite location and he hooked me up with a box logo sticker from the opening in 2022 along with a few others I've been looking for (Mahalo). The salesperson was happy to bring out a couple of sizing options--I ended up going with the 6.5 as the 7 was slipping off at the heel. The store was hopping on a nice Saturday afternoon but the service was efficient. I just wish there were a few more seating options as the area around the shoe displays can get crowded. In addition to shoes for men, women, and kids, this two-level store has a wide selection of clothing and gear. I noted when I looked on my receipt that the return policy is generous (a 60 day window for unwashed, unworn merchandise). I am happy with my purchase and am looking forward to adding a dose of urban edge to my looks this summer with my new kicks!
