So I drove over to UPS to do the return and by Gods grace I decided to call the Norfolk store to see if they had the dress in stock. They did so I decided I would return to Norfolk store. When I went there they told me the Portsmouth store lied about not being able to take my return especially since it was not a web exclusive or final sale. They were just too lazy to do the return or the person who waited on me in Portsmouth was incompetent. They made no effort to contact me, until I made multiple phone calls and emails. The only reason they have given for the delay, is that it's Nikes fault. I'm sorry, but I find this hard to believe, when I know other people on different teams who got their uniforms promptly (through a different company). I can only hope that my childs team will use a different company next time.
