This place focuses solely on takeout or delivery - there is no actual dine-in area. The food is made by a person and assembled by a robot for precise portions and presentation. Wild - blew my mind! You can order online through their website for takeout or delivery OR go in-person to order at their kiosk. And this is just one of the 20+ ghost kitchens located in The Mill. I didn't see a single person when I was here. Just put my order in at the kiosk (very user-friendly BTW) and waited about 10 mins to get the text that my order was ready for pick up. Click the link in the text and the locker pops open with your food neatly bagged and ready to go. The food itself was amazing. I ordered the chili crunch bowl which was large enough for 2 - I took the leftovers for lunch the next day and it was still delicious. Super fresh, no soggy anything. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the seasoning on the smoked romesco broccoli and carrots - too much cumin for my liking. Other than that, I definitely plan to come back. Such a quick and healthy meal that's super convenient for busy days and nights.

I ordered the Farmstand Ranch Salad and it lived up to everything I was hoping for. They use super fresh, quality ingredients and you can tell! I'm still thinking about it more than a week later. In fact, I might be ordering it tonight ha. Pre-wedding: Make sure you read their contract carefully. They charge extra to serve cake and require you to tell them this, so we chose to box our cake and send it home as a favor with our guests (and our guests have raved about it!). Definitely do a food tasting because they give you all the food you'd like to try plus the top tier of a wedding cake to take home and enjoy. The food is absolutely DELICIOUS. Day-of: I have nothing but good things to say. From the moment we arrived (30 minutes early, mind you) they took the bridal party to an out of the way room where we were served appetizers and brought drinks. My husband and I were treated like royalty. The event manager was wonderful and very fun. His staff were professional and did not get in the way at all. Food was delicious and the cake was beautiful and very good. They sent the top tier of the cake home (with my parents). They do all of the decorating and set-up/tear-down for you and include centerpieces in their price. As long as you read your contract and know what you're getting, you should not have any issues. The banquet manager was nothing but accomodating. We have heard nothing but good things since our wedding- people still talk about how good the food was! The only issue is parking, but you can set up a shuttle for your guests through a hotel to eleviate that issue.

It was a little weird to have a wedding tasting with a bunch of kids running around you. That aside, we were very pleased with all of the items we tasted and easily chose what we wanted. The plates looked beautiful and tasted incredible. They said "no problem" to all of my special requests for the bar and had a champagne toast option. They accommodated my food allergies and other special dietary requests of guests. On the wedding day itself, things were a little different. Firstly, there were not enough servers. We had 100 guests and there were 6 servers. This caused a lot of the food to be cold and came out at random intervals. Secondly, the plates looked nowhere near as beautiful as the tasting. They were haphazardly thrown together and did not taste as good. I realize this may have been because they transported it from the Science Center kitchens to the Warhol, but I was very disappointed. They also forgot my salad (the bride!). Thirdly, the staff was a little rough around the edges. They did not look as presentable as I had hoped. Fourthly, instead of serving the champagne for the toast, it was all poured before hand and went very flat. They also ran out of the "Groom's Pick" beer option early in the night. Lastly, my husband and I had special bottles of champagne to toast with (for just us). The bartender "lost" them and at the end of the night, they were nowhere to be found. Turns out, they were taken back to Parkhurst's office. I had to drive out there to pick them up the following week. Overall, it started out great and ended up not the best. I waited a little while to write this review because I didn't want to be overly negative. However, after writing it, I have very little good to say about the experience. One of the most positive parts was working with Melissa. Her communication was great and any issues of the night were not really her fault.
