It was fun to learn the history of where everything came from and why he sourced those particular items. But their behavior for removing the appliance and (the second one that had the same defect) showed great disrespect and a lack of professionalism. With the second removal, they purposefully created a mess of the styrofoam packaging which they left in pieces throughout the path back to their truck leaving me to clean it up. Attempts to contact the owner regarding their lack of concern for my property were unsuccessful. I should have known that things would go badly when they demanded cash payment in full before the unloading of the appliance off of the truck completing the delivery. I will never use them again and highly recommend avoiding this third party delivery service.
