I was told that they ran out and didn't have anymore, but was told that I could order vegetarian instead. I asked what's in the vegetarian momo and was told paneer which is cheese. I told them that I couldn't eat cheese since I'm vegan. They apologized and I left. I wanted to try this new business, but they aren't well stocked with their ingredients and couldn't prepare a dish from their menu. They should plan better to have more vegan momos. It almost has me thinking that the momos are bought instead of made since they didn't have any. It was a disappointing experience. I ended up going to Sweet Chive where I ate Chinese dumplings. I already don't live in Austin and very seldom visit. Next time I'm back, I won't be returning to Momos and Rolls.

And i prefer the more authentic arabic bread they use compared to places like Abu Omar that use tortillas, which tasted off to me. The crew there is very friendly and seems passionate.
