GREAT PRICE ON CREAM CHEESE!…read more Stores are stores. Each have their pros and cons. Focusing on the pros, hey!... This store has cream cheese cheaper than the dollar store next door! Aldi had it for $1.49 Vs $3.00 compared to the Dollar Tree. Clean cool building (cleaner than what I notice from other stores) with great products. Fast and friendly clerk encountered at register. I should come here more often!

Cashier was too hasty in ringing up what I bought that he didn't bother to check the vegetable packages. He charged me 3 of french cut beans instead of 1 french cut and 2 snap sugar peas! There was a difference in prices which I brought it up to his attention. He apologized for the mistake and refunded the price difference! Thank you sir for taking care of the error!

It really is giving "fresh". It's rare to be welcomed inside the store with a store associate anymore so I appreciate the human connection. They have the best produce. I am always able to snag a few sales for the family. Huge selection of groceries. I love the Amazon return counter at the back of the store, it's a one stop shop for me. The only thing they can in the future would be a gas station, imagine! I also appreciate the curbside pickup option. Everyone is so quick and friendly. I am a happy customer!

I don't know that I'll miss Amazon fresh or not because the only thing I really loved here was the sushi. I'll stand by my word and continue to say they have the best store bought sushi. Today I stopped in to get some flowers, and same issue I always say. Nothing is ever really stocked. They had a fair selection but all the bouquets were small and a lot of them were welted and picked over. I guess it's not super horrible because each one was only $4.99. I didn't encounter or speak to any associates on this visit because I walked straight to the flowers and they're near self check out. The store itself is like most grocery stores. They have labeled isles, registers, a cold section, etc. I will say, the store appeared even more empty but probably because it's closing. One last thing, I'm going to miss the self scanning carts and checkout. For me it's always convenient when you don't have to stand in a line!

Why not adjust the quantity of orders they can take instead of constantly running behind? The worse thing was that last week by the time they picked my order several things were out of stock. And on several occasions i have ordered ham and the package that they have picked for me has gray/rotting meat. Do not put an order in for the same day and expect it to be on time. Try one of the Rancho locations instead because I have never had them call and say they are running behind.

The service and ambiance, at least to me, felt similar to other well known Asian markets. This place doesn't have a gigantic footprint, but has similar if not almost all the products for similar markets with larger size. I don't cook a whole bunch for myself, but I came here to get some of the different bag noodles, some condiments, and a handful of produce and other items I planned on using very soon. I spent some time in that noodle aisle because there's quite the selection. Overall, I enjoyed my shopping experience here and will be back. There's also plenty of parking within the lot (at least during a weeknight right before closing time, etc.)

I've in the past few times called in to speak to the staff at meat department and produce department and each time they pick up and professional. I moved to Rancho a little over 5 months ago, and this stater bros has been my favorite place to shop at. It's has all I need and much more but I mainly chose to drive 20 mins PLUS on some days, to see this cashier. Day or night, shine or rain, this lady always has a smile on her face and greets every single person with such welcoming "hello"! Her name is Cindy. She is always very well put together which I believe is so important, so well mannered and I can tell she is a leader because everyone comes to her, questions or help. She's so fast paced, gets along with everyone and knows her customers in a very personal manner. Goes to show much I'm there, the hospital where I work, is near to the store. She goes her out for each and every customer and, rude or not... Cindy is nonchalant and continues to ask if you need a bag. She makes sure customer service is reflected onto her little baggers lol. Which is so funny because she's always telling the morning kids that "customer service 100 all the time" and they all giggle but they really do listen LOL! I love her much and I wish everyone was like this because believe when I say, everyone else in this store is so rude. Don't get me wrong, mangers are all nice, Dave the store manger is amazinggggg but cashiers wise...everyone is sooo rude. Tammie I believe her name is, is the worst everrrr, always chewing gum and talking. Marie is so stuck up, rude and only talks to young men. Annoyingggg I remember a few months ago, this lady was literally trying to tip her a WHOLE 100 bill and Cindy DIDNT TAKE IT !!!! For whatever reason, she didn't but I believe this goes to show just how much her welcoming attitude is 24/7. Please acknowledge Cindy and everything she does because she is so amazing and near perfect!!!! She brings life and light to the whole store.
