I landed on the Poke Bowl, I subtracted the aioli and ponzu because they were not gluten free. I removed the picked ginger out of my personal preference. To replace the sauces I removed I asked for a cup of their apple vinaigrette and it paired incredibly well with everything in the bowl.

Extra bonus points for being wood fired! I shared a pizza with my daughter and we were full. All the portion sizes are generous. Salads plates are literally larger than my head and filled to the brim. The charcuterie board is not just cute--it's crammed full of tasty goodies. I can't wait to come back the next time I'm in Tyler!
