Yeah, it's ironic that Neo chooses to use takeaway containers because Galway's monthly trash pile rots on a dock not far from the restaurant. A note to the managers: there exist reusable ceramic "Asian takeaway" containers that could give you a similar culinary authenticity. Doing this would not only add to the customer's experience, but also presumably cut down expenses long-term.
