We recently had our entire early 1900s home rewired by Briar and the crew at TNT Electric, and the…read moreexperience was outstanding from beginning to end. Briar was upfront about the process and estimated the job would take three days. They finished right on schedule without sacrificing quality. The crew showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, and treated our home with respect. They cleaned up after themselves, communicated well throughout the project, and made sure we understood everything that was being done. Rewiring an older home is a major project, but TNT Electric made the entire process far less stressful than we expected. The workmanship was excellent, everyone was professional and courteous, and it's obvious they take pride in doing things the right way. I would absolutely recommend Briar and TNT Electric to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrical contractor. We couldn't be happier with the results

Decided on going with partial rewire to then eventually have the whole home done. Started with the two large living rooms, which were on slabs, had old wall heater wires needing to removed, all two prong outlets to be changed and up to code plus grounding, and a new chandelier installation; I am very pleased with the work and the price was reasonable! Workers were very respectful and professional, answered all my questions, they consulted with me throughout the rewire day (placements of outlets, height of outlets and switches, hard to reach places and the choices), and even cleaned up after themselves well. Highly recommend and looking forward to the next phase :)

This is my 2nd review for Dican Electric. I called Daniel to replace my Sylvania Zinsco circuit…read morepanel box (with permit) because it is widely considered a severe fire & safety hazard. Daniel and his young son (another future electrician) showed up and performed a full panel replacement so my electrical circuit panel box can now pass City code inspection without risk of fire. Yay! This was no small job, and entailed disconnecting and removing the old circuit breakers and cutting a larger hole in the sheetrock to replace; then patch up. Daniel took care of filing the permit with the City. As usual, the job was done professionally, meticulously, and for a very fair price that no other electrical company can beat. If you are in need of a certified electrician, I highly recommend using this independent family business. I highly recommend Dican Electric to all of my neighbors, family and friends.

Before starting, he recommended an additional option that would cost a little more, and I approved it. But once he got into the job, he was able to make everything work without needing to do the extra work after all. He easily could have charged me more, and I would have never known the difference. That kind of honesty means a lot. John did great work, treated me fairly, and earned my trust. I highly recommend him and Luminare Electrical.

He confirmed the outlet was indeed getting power, and that the box needed to be adjusted. It was a quick 30 minute fix (maybe less than 30 minutes but I got some educational incite from him). Glad I went with Hagan Electric to fix this. A previous electrician from Mister Sparky Electric claimed the outlet needed to be rewired and was not getting any electricity. The Mister Sparky Electric guy charged $400 to tell my HOA: "Resident has square D panel which complies with today's standards. No need to change panel." All he did was look at the panel that day. Maybe 15 minutes to say what kind of panel it was and charged $400. Anyways- beware of going to certain companies to have electrical work done. Hagan Electric seems like a good one.
