VERY POOR SERVICE! It started with me leaving a voicemail that was not returned after 2 days, I gave the benefit of the doubt of course. Next call I made also resulting in having to leave a voicemail, I then sent a yelp work request, the next day I got a call from the owner, Greg, who apologized his office didn't relay on the message, although clearly this was his cell phone, as he started texting me from it shortly afterwards. Ok benefit of the doubt, but here's where the service went from bad to worse to a nightmare. Greg referred me to a guy named Brent Demming, to draw some cads. You can see his reviews TL Demming designs. Also a complete He eventually came by and looked at my project, not sure why cos he really had zero interest in doing any work. He just completely lied to me about missing several appointments and when he did show up it was as if he was doing me the favor and had a dilligaf attitude. Before I hung up the phone, he asked me to try a few things for him, so I did as he instructed me, a d over the telephone he was able to get my electric problem solved for me. I know, you are saying "the guy was an idiot, he told him to flip the circuit breaker ", no that was not it, because I had already done that twice. We did some remodeling in home last year with and Greg and his team were just fantastic. Whatever we wanted they made happen, like no outlets on the backsplash, dimmer switches on everything and specific outlets/switches we liked. Greg is very patient and kind. They are punctual and reliable!!! Expect them to arrive early and do not expect them to cancel. Mysterious short last night knocked out half of our master bedroom and all the bath. Thought it was a breaker that would not reset. Called Greg this morning and he was able to come out right after lunch to, what I thought would be an expensive breaker replacement. Breaker turned out to be fine, so the search was on to find just what was going on....after pulling every plug and switch in the circuit and not finding the problem, he pulled our ac powered smoke detector down from the hall.... and there it was, a slightly fried wire that had a bit of a loose wire nut! Greg, his foreman Chris, and the rest of the team were absolutely fantastic. We bought a tudor-style home in Sacramento built in the 1920s whose electrical we wanted to make safe and modernize. The house still had knob-and-tube wiring for 3/4 of the house (not to mention insulation laying over/under it), about 1 or 2 outlets per room, exposed and energized circuit conductors, a flex electrical conduit that was subject to damages, missing GFCI protection in the kitchen. We wanted to make sure that the electricians we hire had experience with older homes and were professional, aside from being capable. Greg came out for the initial quote. Once we hired him, Greg and his foreman came out again ahead of the agreed upon start date to review the needed work. Then when they came back to start the work, they kept us notified of the work progress, any changes, and the remaining schedule. They blocked out two weeks of work but finished in about 4 days. They were even able to climb into this tiny attic crawl space to remove the knob-and-tube wiring that other electricians seemed less willing to do. They even patched up (and paint-matched) any and all holes where old wall outlets used to be. They do everything aboveboard, including permit acquisitions (which they gave us a copy of at the end of the project) and work inspection from an independent person. All of Greg's workers are also insured, which we found out isn't exactly a common thing amongst all licensed electricians. They were professional, always-on-time (if not early), competitive with prices, and experienced with older homes. So if you have major or minor electrical needs, hire them. They're worth every penny! read more

I was very impressed with all aspects of the electric work I needed done. First off, Greg actually answered the phone each time I called, plus he called me a couple of times with questions/timing. I had a mixture of several small projects and a couple of more intricate ones (putting in a new light and changing switches/separating can lighting).
