I know my units are old and they were honest about the condition and what needed to be replaced, but didn't try to pressure me, or use scare tactics to sell new ones. I appreciated their professionalism and knowledge. Cameron explained it in a way that I could understand. When I do choose to replace A/C or Heat units I plan to call Apex for installation.
