When I left, our house was a mess and I was feeling overwhelmed by the thought of coming home to clean for our toddler's birthday party. As a surprise, my husband contacted Katie and had her and the team deep clean our house before I got home. It was AMAZING. Not only did they clean, they also organized, folded and put away our laundry, moved furniture, and color-coded our bookshelves. To say I was stunned is an understatement. I cried when I came home, the house looked perfect and smelled incredible. If you've ever thought of having an "extra hand" around the house you need this team!

Colleen Tarantino from Redefined Realty Advisors is an extremely professional and knowledgeable…read morerealtor. My father recently passed away leaving us his house. It was dated and needed love but was on a beautiful lot in New Berlin. Colleen loved the property as much as we did, she saw the potential. Colleen was prepared with several comps pricing it right. We received multiple offers in less than 48 hours. Colleen walked us through all of them. Her guidance enabled us to sell at a price much higher than the list price with exceptional terms. The closing was very organized, taking less than 30 minutes. Colleen and everyone else at Redefined Realty Advisors were a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them.

We recently sold our $400k+ Waukesha county home using Redefined Realty. It is a long sad story of…read morehow we found them, but here are the basics: We first listed with Remax, who made a complete and absolute MESS of our listing. We sat on the market for 6 months with Remax with little activity. Remax had our information wrong, used horrible cheap looking pictures, didn't vette out tire kickers, etc... The Realtor was lazy, and was just sitting back waiting to collect his pay-day. Don't listen to the 6% realtors they are full of CRAP. They don't do anything better in this era of internet savvy shoppers. All you are doing is WASTING YOUR MONEY and making some lazy person rich. We had a gorgeous fully updated home that SAT due to a lazy, greedy realtor who simply wanted to maximize his profit for doing NOTHING. After our listing expired with Remax we looked to friends to suggest a Realtor - John Gscheidmeier was the man. John came in as a Real Estate PROFESSIONAL. He takes his work seriously, and he worked fast to get both an accurate listing and awesome professional photos out. John had our home sold in one week for damn near asking price. We made tens of thousands over what we would have with Remax and FELT GOOD about what we paid for in commission. John did significantly more than our 6% guy who claimed to be the best of the best. Redefined is the wave of the future, you get more with these guys as a seller than you will with anyone - guaranteed. Put some money back in your pocket and ignore the B.S. the 6% realtors are telling you - you will be happy you did.

The ideas & suggestions provided by Candy made a difference in the overall look & feel of our remodeled bathroom. Buildertrend, which is the software utilized by Candance & Design, offers the client details of their project from start to finish so you can follow along as the transformation takes place. I found the information very beneficial which would help formulate questions. I would recommend Candance & Design for a bathroom remodel project with one caveat. Communication, which was sometimes broken between all parties, is key to ensure the project goes as smooth as possible and done according to client's desires. Once we got on track, all started to fall into place. Love our new bathroom!

We ultimately agreed on a plan and price and the work was completed on the schedule Candy had projected. We had a slight wait on a custom slider but given the current supply chain issues this was acceptable. Candy is an effective project manager and her focus in on the quality of the build. She was here often and paid close attention to the details. As a result, the finished product met all our expectations for a functional space that looks attractive. Candy's focus on customer satisfaction has been obvious in each of the projects we contracted for - in addition to the screened porch we had major renovations to our family room, garage, and home office. In each project Candy paid attention to the detail and the quality of workmanship. Also, we stayed within her projected budget unless we added changes. We would recommend Candance & Design for their creativity, commitment to quality and customer service.

However, I've had them out twice in the last several months to check/clean my iron filter. We've been having water pressure issues and that has always fixed the problem. My water pressure dropped again and decided to have a different company look at it. The new plumber showed me the iron filter which was clearly not cleaned and cacked with iron.
