If there was a way I could give this one less than a 1 star review, I absolutely would. I rented…read moretwo small - minuscule really - offices from them for one single month at the HQ in Fitchburg. The bill SHOULD have been around $820 for the two glorified closets plus a deposit. They have charged my card over $5,400 to date and have failed to return my retainer deposit after leaving, failed to reverse the charges they ran on my card for an office which I never even occupied (and notified them was incorrectly listed on my account). I had clearly indicated to the sales agent that we needed only a single month to bridge a gap between two long term leases we had elsewhere but the sales agent put us into a month to month lease. Under their incredibly convoluted system, I would have had to know to terminate my agreement with them BEFORE I even occupied the space. I notified them within a week of getting my login to their portal and moving in that there were incorrectly attributed offices in our system and it has now been THREE MONTHS and they have not reversed those charges or refunded me the additional months they charged on my account. They collect a retainer - AND then they will also bill you for an office "reset" on top of your rent and the retainer. The reset goes by square footage, and they don't post the actual square footage of the room anywhere - so you have no idea what your charge should be. I have spent a month attempting to get a reasonable resolution from this company. I have used their own system to request the return of my retainer - which is supposed to have been refunded within 30 days. Still nothing. I did the math for them and provided them the exact dollar amount that I should have been refunded. Nothing. I provided them PDFs, screenshots, etc. of all the incorrect charges. I demanded the cease charging my card. I asked politely. I asked firmly. And yet again, today, they charged my card yet another $187.00. It is absolutely maddening. To top it all off, the rooms are tiny, the walls are paper thin, one of the doors wouldn't shut property so frequently the building was left unsecured with an exterior ajar, the thermostats don't actually work in your office - they give the impression you can set the temp, but the HVAC appears to have been installed incorrectly so the thermostat will be set to 70 and it will be 76 degrees in your room and the only relief is to leave the door open to the hallway where everyone can hear your every word. I feel badly posting this review solely because the front desk guy was nice. It is a real shame that the rest of this organization is legitimately a bunch of crooks.
