The biggest surprise (and why I'm writing this review) is that it's very loud. When people are on phones, Zoom meetings, or chatting with a coworkers/colleagues in the loft, it's at full volume. If you are one to be distracted or if you don't want to where headphones all day, be warned. We were so distracted by the noise we left after 60 minutes. We've worked at other co-working spaces and the policies were always, whisper and if you need to make a phone call you do it in a sound proof booth.

Wellspace is a beautiful space used for wellness providers to see clients. There are multiple…read morerooms/offices and a waiting room for people to sit as they wait for their appointment. There are multiple plans to be able to access the rooms for rent or to use wellspace as a virtual address for virtual wellness businesses. The owner Esperanza is always super helpful and willing to offer anything she can to help. I would recommend this place to any therapist looking for a place to see clients or any clients who want to see therapists in a beautiful office.

Nice visit to this Regus space recently…read more It's close and relatively easy to find with ample parking available. There are quite a few businesses at this location (and some that seem more permanent at the Regus offices), so you may see a good deal of visitors, deliveries, etc. Janelle was super friendly and helpful when checking me in and showing me my space. The hallways were a little confusing but she gave me directions to the kitchenette, bathrooms, etc. Only gripe is more with the building/visitors. The lobby and elevators smelled awful. Otherwise, the Regus space itself was bright, clean, and relatively quiet. Would come back!

I like this location a lot. Much cleaner and nicer than some other Regus locations in the area…read more Even includes some chatty workers down the hall to remind you of being in a shared office space. You're greeted by an extremely nice receptionist who will take you to your setup. She even sanitized the desk to make sure it was clean before I set up in the office space. The front area also has a nice kitchenette/lounge with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There are also 2 bathrooms in the Regus unit so you don't have to leave the office. Parking is right in front of the front entrance and very convenient. Love the location - close to the mall and has lots of dining options in the area. Will definitely come back.
