You'll see when you meet him. Ty Ash is incompetent, immature, unprofessional real estate technician. He is in it for himself, doesn't care about you as a client, and will do anything to put you in a terrible situation for a money grab. He will schmooze you til the end, and you won't even realize it because that's how slimy and shady he is. Trust me (an unbiased client who was looking for a new home and got absolutely ROBBED), or feel free to trust his boy club buddies (majority of whom work or have worked with him). His reviews are a facade as weak as his actual real estate skills. Literally, go to anyone else. Give your commission to someone knowledgeable and trustworthy. Someone who will do the work and who's earned and deserves it. Someone who will find you something appropriate within your price range, provide actual guidance and support, go to bat for you, and has negotiation skills. Not a young amateur who will not spend an extra minute on you and will screw you over with terrible advice to make a couple more bucks for his and his girlfriend's pocket. I have been living in one of founders 3 building since December. When looking for an apartment, I…read moremet the building manager named Rebecca and she showed me a nice apartment in the building. She informed me that the building was smoke-free and very quite. She also informed me that the building was no pets allowed. I've seen tenants with cats in the building. Both were very important. After moving in, I had to open my window, lite a candle and turn on the ceiling fan to get smoke out of my room. I was told it probably wasn't my neighbor because "he's the maintenance man." Maintenance man or not, no smoking means no smoking. I had to complain 4 different time before the smoking stopped. After I complained about the smoking, my neighbor started knocking everyday. Not sure what he's knocking on but I went to management about the noise. I was told I probably was hearing flooring being put in on the 1st floor. I live on the 3rd floor. I'm not hearing flooring being put in 2 floors down. I was also told maybe I was hearing the trash chute. Anyone can tell the difference between knocking and a trash chute. I'm far from stupid. Manager said he would listen to audio recordings of my neighbor knocking because it was my word against my neighbor's. Even though I have proof that he's knocking several times a day, any hour just to aggravate me, NOTHING has been done to deal with this issue. I've tried talking to the cooperate office. The lady at the corporate office left me a message that says " He's an employee and I don't THINK he would jeopardize his job doing something like that." Pretty much said he matters and you don't. NO ONE has taken the time to go to his apartment to see what he's knocking on are why he's knocking. I guess this is a good time to mention that all people should be treated equal. NOT HERE. I have 6 more months to live here. I should not have to deal with noise every other day because I live next door to "the maintenance man. Since the weather has changed, the apartment smells like mold and mildew. It would be a good change of pace and some more public interaction. There are private rooms and group settings for meetings. Spacious, outside areas, and two floors for you to find a work space nook. If you fit in to that work from home category, and the doldrums of staring at the same ol' walls is getting to you, check out MKE CoWork.
