No one was at the front desk when I stopped in, but after a few minutes, the receptionist showed up and brought me to my coworking space. It was empty though it looked like there were 2 permanent desks that may be occupied more often. One had a mug with old coffee or tea in it so not sure how often they stop in or the place is cleaned. It was quiet enough and served my purposes for the afternoon. Plus, it's centrally located to the mall and plenty of restaurants and Trader Joe's.

I did... they charged me for another month of service. In total I paid $200 for 15 minutes in a cold, loud, windowless space with no internet, and rude employees. Easily the worst experience I've had in a long time.

Upon lease renewal, instead of reactivating your old account, they will open a new one, and guess what, mail forwarding is on there and you have to figure out how to "opt out". Good luck the company never answers their phone; you cannot see any payment information or history, their communication is cryptic at best. They are unavailable to you once you sign. They will keep charging you for services you don't authorize. When you try to stop these charges, try to talk to someone, they blow you off and pass you around to 10 people who are all rude and condescending. Run away.
