My laptop fans were completely f-ed up with dust and stuff so I was trying to request a quote from all the local places, Rodrigo quoted me for less than 100$ unlike more than half of the other places in the area trying to ask for like 200-250$ base price for only a CLEANING by the way (legit had me actually considering if I had to do it myself at the risk of causing damage to my expensive components). Not only that, but I could immediately tell that Rodrigo is super passionate about this work as well. He answered all of my questions + even gave suggestions and recommendations for computer related stuff when requested. While my laptop was getting cleaned, he let me know about all the good food places within walking distance, so I didn't have to drive away or awkwardly sit around. Rodrigo also helped to take before and after pictures, since my friends were all curious to see the difference since my fans were really just that messed up at the time. By the time it was ready to be picked up, he had given my old keyboard and screen a very nice courtesy wipe-down and also helped to make sure everything was working well. My cat gave my laptop a long sniff-test after I got back home without making a disgusted face or running away, so I guess I can say this place is even cat-approved. Once Abdullah was ready for my daughter, we explained the issue and Abdullah quickly plugged it in ( phone was out of charge) tested and informed that the way it was charging, there might be other issues but he will do more test to confirm. We called Abdullah just shy of an hour and was informed that he was finishing the repair. After we arrived, Abdullah greeted us and informed that the issue is just the screen and he had not observed any other issue on other components. He informed that there was water ingress inside the phone which confirmed my research on iPhone 14 tend to have moisture issues that cause screen issues. My daughter's phone look great and worked just like before! Overall, the experience was top notch and Abdullah is professional, courteous, and straight to the point. It was fixed in a reasonable time and the pricing was not bad. However, the problem happened again about 3 days later and we were back to square one. The first time Gaddy told me he stress tested it and it seemed fine, the second time he told me that my CPU fan was blowing hot air onto my GPU and that was why it would freeze up and be unable to boot after restarting. How did he not this see this the first time he ran a stress test?? I am not an expert so I trusted him and lo and behold about a month later the problem happens again. He wasted my time and money. He claims he flashed my BIOS which also turned out to be not true after I went to a different store. Apparently this has happened to others where he lied about doing certain things. Definitely do not recommend this place at all!
