BEST pizza that Vero has to offer, hands down! The Grandma's is the way to go but, you really can't go wrong with any slice. My daughter loves the Sicilian. My husband and I shared 5 slices and a Greek salad for lunch, and everything was incredible -- so good we ordered a whole pie to take home for later. The "Grandma's" pizza was our favorite and honestly may have had the best sauce I've ever had on a pizza, and we've eaten pizza everywhere from NYC to New Haven. Without a doubt one of the best "Square", "Sicilian"( whatever you want to call it) slices I've ever had. Vincenzo greeted us immediately when we walked in today. Before us was a spread of all types of deliciousness. Pizza, Bow Ties, Spaghetti Nest, Sicilian style pizza quite a selection. At least 4 kinds of pizzas and stuffed bow ties. The "Nest" looked like they took pasta and put it into a cupcake tin and plopped a meatball on top then covered the meatball with mozzarella. We perused and made our choices then Vincenzo put it into the oven for warming. The girls got a soda n water and we got the last open table. Very plain inside but clean and welcoming. We were visiting for vacation and I wanted a cannoli. It was so good we returned two more times. I'm sorry I don't have a photo. My self control not to eat it on my way home in the car was not strong enough. But believe me it looked beautiful but tasted even better! We keep coming back for more. I've had the Stromboli, stuffed meatballs, Greek salad and Italian sub. All delicious! We both had the cannolis which are yummy. My husband had the pizza, Stromboli and is in love with the meatball sub of which he's had three times. We ate at the restaurant once which is very clean and the waitress was very nice and so was the owner Vinny. We order to go most times. Thank goodness we have a real pizzeria in Vero.
