With only one person working inside the small van, the orders backed up, and I ultimately had to leave empty-handed with my time wasted. I understand running a mobile setup in the heat with a single barista is tough, but managing order capacity and having a setup for the heat (or equipment cooling) is essential. Since it's the summer I would assume that the mango would be sweet, but it wasn't. And the combination with the matcha was a bit off. The matcha itself tasted like it was more milk than matcha so I was disappointed. I want to go back and give it another go.
