Want great service... I would recommend this spot. They were very informative on what proactive measures I can take to reduce future maintenance issues with my 2007 Acura TL. Never had someone provide as much information as this shop. Would recommend this place to family and friends. read more

If you love your car, this is the place to take it. Francisco really takes care of everything as if it was his own car. I took my Lexus IS300 for some repairs, he was able to match a lower price that I was quoted, changed some worn hoses at no charge, AND he did a complete inspection of my vehicle! This was very impressive, and the best part is that he took the time to go over everything with me so I know what needs to be done and why. It wasn't just a "oh this is broken, you gotta fix it" line, but a conversation of the importance of why it needs to be replaced and a realistic time frame of when it needs to be done by. Usually a mechanic would call me over the phone to tell me a random part needs to be replaced, which makes me hesitant because I took in my car for something completely different! All in all, I am very impressed with Francisco and his team, and I will definitely use him from now on for all my repairs. I've already referred friends and family to his shop, and I've never referred anyone to a mechanic before! But in all honestly, I truly feel happy about sending my friends and family to him because I'm confident they will be taken care of and will be 110% satisfied with his service :) Thank you FNP!!! read more

Very professional staff and excellent service. Thorough inspections and affordable pricing. Thank you FNP Auto!

I drive a 2001 beat up Lincoln Town Car, and before I came to FNP Auto, I was going through so many mechanics. I even went as far as to drive all the way out to L.A. just to get great work done for a good price. A friend mentioned FNP Auto to me one day and I brushed it off for a few months until a lot of things went wrong with my car. So I give Franco a call and he was so polite and flexible with my schedule that I ended up coming back every week to have something else done. FNP Auto goes out of their way to give their customers the best service possible, with the proper price, and the most integrity that I have witnessed in a good while. I've had the smallest services (oil change) to some of the biggest services (full body work) done and in all situations, I was greeted, consulted, and informed. FNP Auto sets the bar to how a small business should work! Their work is honest, which is hard to come by these days, trust me I KNOW! The staff is flexible with customers' schedules, very aware of how much you are willing to spend, and caring of the safety of the driver as well as other drivers on the road. These people are passionate about the work they do, and it shows. read more

Owning an car over 10 years old, one needs a trustworthy and reliable mechanic. Franco, and FNP Auto is such a lifeline for me. Questions are thoroughly answered, the work is guaranteed and the charges are always reasonable. The waiting room is clean and comfy. There's coffee available. The service is always professional. An absolute treasure. read more

Waste of Time.. I took my car in to get the suspension fixed, but I couldn't ever get a price from francisco; this was a major disappointment given all the positive reviews, however for me it was a complete waste of time. He said he had to check the car's manufacture to get the right parts, but he never bothered calling back with the price (not even an email), very rude & Unprofessional. I can't comment on their work because it just didn't get to that point, you just can't get a quote from this guy...a major waste of time & effort; I'm going somewhere that has better customer service, I don't recommend this place. read more

Great experience here at FNP auto. Francisco is the man! Fast and super nice. I would recommend anyone to come get their auto service from FNP Auto. They take care of you here and fair prices for their services. read more

Thanks to other Yelpers I was able to find this shop not far from my work place and decided to try it out due to all of the great reviews. It was my first time here (oil change) and will def not be my last. The owner (Francisco) is very detailed and thorough with each explanation of what he notices and took the time to show me exactly what needs to be repaired, took a picture of each part / area and e-mailed me how long he thinks it'l take to repair each part. I greatly appreciate this awesome customer service and honest mechanic! Def check them out if you're in the area and in need of any vehicle maintenance / repairs! Thank You FNP! read more

I thought that all of the reviews on here were bogus. How in the world can they get nothing but 5 stars? Ohhh...it's possible. The customer service here is amazing. I'm bad with names, but I'm almost positive that this is "Francisco" or "Franco" that everyone is raving about in their reviews. I called and he was nice to begin with. You get inside and you're greeted by (I'm gonna just keep calling him Francisco from now on) Francisco and he told me where I could find the complimentary coffee, water, fruit, and candy. He asked if I wanted the TV on, but I opted for Hulu on my laptop with their free Wi-Fi. Francisco did a complimentary Battery Test and printed out a paper with the stats and explained it to me. He then explained what my car said and told me what it meant according to Honda's guides. I already can't wait until everyone else that I know needs an oil change so that I can tell them to come here. This guy deserves the business. And for the pricing, it's well more than worth it. read more

If you need an honest mechanic that will give you a final bill MUCH less than the original estimate- Call FNP, ask for Franco and you'll be pleasantly surprised with the hard work and honesty you receive! read more

After being screwed over by so many mechanics before, I went in with low expectations. All I wanted was brakes. I was even more skeptical when my brakes turned into over a thousand dollars worth of work - hoses, radiators, ball joints etc. They were, however, supported with photos and I was informed what needed doing most importantly. I decided to take the plunge and get all the work done. I'm glad I did as the brake issue that I had that 3 other mechanics could not fix, was finally fixed and the car is running geat now. Francisco provides great customer service and the work he and his team perform are top notch. read more

I found this shop on Yelp and what an AWESOME find it was! I needed to have the rear wheel bearings replaced on my SUV. Unfortunately it so happened one of the bearings had seized onto the axle. An extra expense we weren't prepared for. However, Francisco went above and beyond to locate the parts and to complete the work as quickly as possible even working past regular business hours. Dedication at it's best! Francisco provides great customer service and he is truly an honest person! read more

Was initially looking for a shop to get an oil change but found a repair shop in the process. I was given the oil change and shown what else was wrong with the two cars I brought in yesterday. I knew I have lots of work to do but being showed exactly what needs to be repaired was awesome. Can't wait to get the e-mail with the pictures and the estimates. Thanks FNP! read more

Great shop.....gave my car the full checkup and with pictures, documentations. Detailed explanation of what has to be done, Francisco....the best customer service. Giving another star* to this shop. read more

FNP auto is the only auto shop I trust because they are honest and very reliable. Francisco not only fixes your car but gives the time to educate you as well. He knows how much we all value our vehicles and treats them as if it is one of his own. So if your looking for a mechanic, look no further because FnP auto won't let you down. read more

Great service. This is how service should be. Very reasonable prices for oil changes. Ask for Francisco. I was down in OC from San Jose and needed my oil change to drive back up there. Had a great experience, Francisco pointed out things other shops wouldn't bother telling me. Would recommend to anyone. read more

Francisco was a very delightful gentleman and the knowledge he clearly had was helpful. I came in not knowing of the cost or the type of oil i needed and he told me about the one I needed and it's price over the more expensive one and that showed me he was a man who wasn't just about the money. He even suggested about when I should get my brake pads replaced and showed me in the simplest way of what was going on with the pads. I appreciate everything that happened today and I will be coming back for other service needs. :D read more

This was easily the best experience I have had at an auto shop. I walked in and promptly was greeted by Francisco, who was attentive and a pleasure to converse with. They are detailed and very helpful. I felt no pressure to do any added services. Once the oil change was completed Francisco went over the services performed and went through a check list of things I should consider servicing soon and some that could wait a bit longer. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone. read more

I was looking for a good honest auto mechanic and I found one yesterday. I spoke to Francisco briefly then I made an appointment that day and didn't have to wait. The Service was great and the work was more than I anticipated, all I went for was a oil change and got much more. Nice going FNP, I have other vehicles coming your way. read more

Francisco is very kind and professional, FNP always provide great care and quality for a lower price! I love coming back here. If you need to wait, they have free chargers for your phone, free wifi snacks, and magazines to keep you entertained. They have yelp discounts with each visit (Woohoo!!) They do a complementary inspection and give you recommendations without the hassle of being forced in upgrading your car. :) Thank you FNP!! read more

HONEST & RELIABLE. Thank you Francisco ! I will be returning to FnP for future auto services.

Customer service was outstanding. Took my 07 vw rabbit to this place to have all 5 ignition coils and 5 spark plugs change after reading all the positive reviews on yelp. The price was fair and Francisco was really helpful in explaining the whole process. I can't say anything about the quality of the work yet since I only had the car fixed yesterday 06/18/2014 but so far (1 day commute from and to LA) no problem. If I don't report back within couple of month then you know the quality is top notch. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received. I will be coming back for other services. read more

As a woman who knows little about cars, I often dread having to take my vehicle into the shop for maintenance and repairs, as it's pretty common for a mechanic to recommend unneeded services or overcharge to people like me. This is not the case at FNP Auto. I recently brought my Honda Civic here since I was having issues with the brakes and air conditioning system. Francisco and his team did a thorough inspection of the vehicle, then emailed me inspection photos with the quote. Francisco carefully explained all of the items on the quote and the corresponding images and gave a recommended time frame for each repair. He was also straightforward and honest about which items weren't worth fixing (i.e., my loose sun visor, which apparently is a common problem for my car model with no great fix as of yet). I had them take care of all of the "red" items immediately; pricing seemed reasonable and my car was ready after a day. I recommend FNP Auto - a dreaded experience there became a relatively easy, stress-free one in their capable, trustworthy hands. read more

This place specializes in customer service, quality maintenance and genuinely seems to try to make sure that customers leave satisfied. I drive a 1999 Monte Carlo and I came in for a front left wheel bearing replacement and oil change. I ended up also replacing the battery (only 2 years old) and completing a brakes flush. As I drove away, I noticed a knocking noise when I turned or made slight adjustments while driving. This noise was not there before the bearing was replaced. After returning to the shop, they identified that it was excessive play in the front left ball joint and it would need to be replaced. After returning a couple days later, they replaced the ball bearing for only the cost of the part. The issue is mostly fixed and the vehicle only has a bit of suspension noise when driving and turning at low speeds. I am not sure if they caused the knocking issue while replacing the bearing, but I have to give them credit for trying to make sure I left satisfied. read more

Great service! Very polite and detailed and takes good time to explain and show you what needs service, might need service, and what can be postponed and looked at later. Highly recommended! read more

Francisco has the best auto shop around. No.1 I liked doesn't push any repair on you. Simply let's you know what he finds provides pictures of everything and prioritizes a list for you with cost. Will definitely be using fnp again read more

I was a first time customer and only brought my car in after reading the Yelp reviews. I was always going to a different repair shop, but I needed someone to take the time and really check things out to make sure my old car was safe. I ended up spending a lot more than I was planning for repairs because after repair work on the first car, I decided to get a 2nd one worked on. Francisco took the time to check things out, take pictures and patient enough to explain when asked. read more

Wonderful and kind service! Very informative and very well taken care of. I definitely recommend servicing your auto here.

Good customer service. A bit pricey for oil change. But they are friendly. We'll see how their other services go. I'll update this review if there is any more to report. read more

Excellent service! They were able get my car into the shop at the last minute and they stayed over their normal hours to fix my brakes. I'm so thankful I found a mechanic I can trust on to give me a fair price and great service. read more

This was not the quickest oil change I ever had, but it was by far the most pleasant. It is important to note that they are by appointment only, but they are eager to fit you in. We got in same day. There was a much wider selection of snacks than even at the Honda dealer. Also, the cheerful little dogs are cute if a little affectionate, but if you ask they will be kept out of the waiting room. Overall, would highly recommend. read more

Ok let's be honest when it comes to car repair we want it done right and at a reasonable price! Problem it's hard to find both! My wife loves her 2000 BMW we know that dealers can do a great job they have factory trained mechanics! However on our budget it's out of the question!!! Fortunately I know where to take her BMW. The same place that works on my Ford pick up! And our Honda oddessey that the dealer quoted a price to rebuild the air cond. replace the power steering! The price was ridicules! So I took it to FNP Francisco useing his computers agreed with the dealer! But his price was considerably lower!!! The service was first class! As a Pastor the quality I look for in those I do business with is "Integraty" a quality hard to find in auto repair. I recommend this company to anyone! Oh ya I live in Yorba Linda but no one works on my 3 vehicles!! read more

I use yelp on a daily, but rarely do I ever take the time to give my 2 cents. I've taken my car here for service a few times now and have always had a great experience. From the moment you step foot in their door, you're greeted with a friendly smile and treated with the utmost respect. Francisco is very knowledgeable and his attention to detail is well above par. I've always appreciated his patience and thoroughness, breaking down the causes in simple terms, along with clear shot pictures of the issues at hand. Never once does he belittle you or pressures you into fixing or paying for something that isn't necessary. He's a honest, stand-up businessman with pure intentions of providing great service at a fair price. I'll definitely continue bringing my car troubles to FNP Auto. read more

Really impressed with how fransisco breaks everything down for you. They go that extra mile to make sure your car is at its best!. Never came across a mechanic/shop that actually will take there time to take pictures of the work that needs to be done on your car and explain it to you throughly. So through my own stupidity, I tried to install a complex stereo system in my car and accidentally touched two wires together. Long story short, I thoroughly messed up my 2011 Highlander's electrical system. My power steering went out, lights, fuel injection, the works. Remembering a prior visit I had to FNP, Francisco had treated me very well and I remember seeing some photo albums of his in the waiting room that showed some show cars he had built before with elaborate stereo systems. How lucky could I get? Not only did Francisco know how to completely correct the electrical problems with my car, he fully installed my stereo too. Name one other mechanic who could do that! To top it off he charged me a fraction of what it would have cost me at a dealership. Friends were telling me my car could potentially be a total loss with thousands of dollars in repair costs. They didn't know I had Francisco working on my car! I'm positive he spent more time on this mess than he charged me. I am a customer for life! Thank you Francisco and Pearl!!! read more

The staff was courteous and warm. They were very accommodating. I went in for an oil change and they didn't try to haggle me into any other unnecessary services. They have definitely made a future customer in me. read more

Francisco couldn't be more courteous or knowledgeable of his service and he deserves all the good reviews this place gets. The office environment though small is relaxing thanks to their wifi service and the AAA video playing on the tv showing very useful car tips while you wait. read more
