I haven't been here before but Francisco really impressed me. He is so nice and take good care of my car

Getting my breaks serviced by a company that provides great and friendly service! I got a new job doing in home ABA work with adults with disabilities which, on top of my other two jobs, requires a lot of driving. My furthest routes are as north as Azusa and as south as San Clemente. FnP auto always does a great job taking care of my car which helps me take care of others. read more

Great people here. I Easily trust Francisco with my car to do a fast and quality service. I've talked to them and their experience goes as far as rotary and other difficult cars! Just wanted to let people know how nice and professional hey always are and deserving of a 5 star review. read more

Date of visit: 04/25/13 Time of visit: 3pm Car serviced: 2004 Audi A4 3.0 Services that I got done: Oil change - $29.95 Brake fluid inspection - Free Good: Friendly owner/staff Speedy service Comfortable wait area with TV, free coffee, water and Wi-Fi Reasonable pricing Knowledgeable Bad: N/A Summary: This place is awesome. I needed a quick oil change and FNP was able to service my car without arranging an appointment prior. I was in and out of there in about an hour. Francisco, the owner, is a super cool guy and extremely knowledgeable. He even emailed me a copy of my invoice, along with a quote for some additional services that I inquired about during my visit. Who/what place does this??? Above and beyond service here. I HIGHLY recommend going here, instead of your typical Pep Boys, Jiffy Lube, etc. for any/all of your automotive maintenance/repair needs. Support your local mom and pops businesses! read more

Awesome service! I was in the area and needed an oil change so I found this on yelp. Francisco is a really nice guy and I had a quick oil change. On top of that he gave me great recommendations for things that I should be aware of for future maintenance. If that wasn't enough already, he emailed me pictures on the recommendations and gave me a stamp card for a free oil change on my 6th oil change. Thanks read more

This is a late post Sorry Francisco. I brought my son's car in for oil change. He did a through check took pictures explained what repairs were needed. He sent you a list of the repairs with the most important to the least and there pricing. Highly recommend this place.. read more

So happy to find a good mechanic! I have a 2010 Subaru. Fransisco was professional and super quick. He sent a quote that day by email. Ordered my parts that night and I had a new clutch by 6pm on the day after. He even followed up a week later to see how it drove! Awesome service. I will be back (hopefully not too soon though!) read more

This place is awesome! Francisco was very friendly and helpful. He was very clear in explaining what my car needed and when it needed to be done. He took pictures of the problem areas in my engine and explained each picture. He also is really good at telling you quotes of parts and labors, and ordering them in importance of when they needed to be done. I never trusted mechanics before because they never took time to help me understand what was wrong with my car, but Francisco was patient with me and took great care of my car! He definitely deserves 5 stars and I will being going back in the future. read more

When my shifter locked up, I was very anxious to get my car looked at because I have been taken advantage of several times during auto maintenance and repairs. Fransisco was amazing! Free diagnostics done in the morning, part ordered and replaced in the afternoon and on my way home with a functioning vehicle at the cost I had anticipated from the beginning! He was kind, polite, informative, and fast! I will always return to him for any future auto problems! read more

From Canada to Norcal to Socal, looking for not a good mechanic but a great mechanic and I have found the perfect place. Exactly what the yelp ravers state about Francisco is true for all your mechanical needs. 1) great diagnostic mechanic and really listens to your complaints 2) great businessman and knows how to run his shop. I have definitely not seen this type of mechanic that thoroughly writes out the complaints, like a great doctor should and would do. I'm glad that I have stumbled upon this shop and the great yelp ravers that drew me to this business shop. read more

Francisco is always willing to help and goes above and beyond! He has been my go-to guy since I found him in 2015. Although I moved out of the county, I continue to go back to FNP based on his honesty, integrity and work ethic. He is knowledgeable, gives a thorough inspection, pictures (of problem areas) and estimates with specific time frames...and answers any question you may have. He's by appointment only which cuts down on the wait time and is flexible, accommodating, friendly and professional. read more

Was looking for a local shop to take my Prius to get an oil change instead of driving to the dealership and waiting 2+ hours. I turned to Yelp and after calling around and getting quotes I decided to make an appointment at FNP. When I called Fransisco answered and was super helpful and gave be a quote that was far below other shops in the area; he was also extremely friendly! I made a same day appointment & dropped off my car to get an oil change as well as a tire rotation. When I arrived I was greeted by name and both Fransisco and his wife were extremely friendly; it was refreshing that Fransisco didn't try and upsell me on anything either, he did the work we discussed and answered all of the questions I had. I definitely recommend FNP and I am certain I will be back for all my future oil changes/needs. Great experience! read more

FNP is simply the best in all areas! Francisco and Pearl are such fantastic business owners. Auto repair can go in many different directions - always at the mercy of a mechanics opinion/observations for what needs repaired - with Francisco - I am 100% confident repair is needed and will be handled correctly! Thanks for such great service! read more

Wow, best customer service and auto experience I have ever had! Francisco rocks, explained everything that was done and explained things that may need to be done in the future! Just awesome! Indeed the place to go! Super satisfied read more

I came here because of a yelp review and it lived up to all the hype. I sat down with Francisco and he is the epitome of being a professional and the kind of trustworthy guy that you want to do business with. I work in sales and we sat down and talked about his business while his mechanic was running a diagnostic on my car and I came away with a strong impression that Francisco is the real deal because he truly believes in quality over everything and does everything in his power to make going to get your car fixed as stress-free of a situation as possible. It's because of this attitude that I continue to go back. Not only did he show me a step by step rundown of the things that my car needed to get fixed - along with pictures - he even gave me an estimation in terms of how severe the problem was as well as a timeline as to when I should get those issues fixed. All of this was free of charge and him doing his due diligence as a thorough mechanic. He really does believe in the long-play of building relationships rather than being invested in the money from a quick fix. He then sent an email of that diagnostic and followed up with me via email after he fixed my car just to make sure everything was running smoothly. Francisco is the real deal and someone that I trust because he approaches this businesses not just as any car mechanic, but like he's YOUR car mechanic. It's really a refreshing thing to see and I'm excited to see his business grow. read more

I went to FNP Auto the first time because I was looking for someone in my area that could do a synthetic blend oil change for about $20.00. After looking at the Yelp reviews, I thought I'd give the place a shot. I can say that after that first time last year I have and will continue to return to FNP Auto. Francisco is very knowledge and friendly. He takes the time to explain what's wrong with your car and answer any questions you have. Also, his initial inspection is thorough and he provides you a report via email with photos of suggested maintenance--very handy for repairs you might want to do down the road. Recently, I did some major service with him for the first time and it went great. He gave me a quote and pre-diagnosis over the phone (mine was specific issue FYI) with no hassle. The final price came out to be real competitive if not lower than places like Pep Boys too. I'm happy with that. Overall, I highly recommend FNP Auto. Although there are downsides to service by appointment only, the upside is that you get a 1 to 1 experience and spend less time just waiting to get service (e.g. compared to Pep Boys). read more

Great! Always so friendly and helpful! They never try to take advantage of you or overprice.

Customers service is superb. Knowledge in diagnosing problems in your car is excellent. Honesty? Can't beat that. Highly recommended to my families and friend. read more

Great service in person and over the phone. Recommend this place to every one that needs an oil change or car service.

Great service. Francisco was very friendly and helpful. Didn't have to wait very long. I'll be coming here for all my maintenance needs.

I am a first time customer of FNP Auto and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the excellent service that I received. Francisco the owner is very professional, polite and knowlegeable mechanic. He went over a beyond to provide the best service for my needs. Like another customer said, "Francisco is like a doctor of automobiles." I have never been to an independent mechanic who takes photos of the entire vehicle from top to bottom, and then throughly explained all the recommended repairs. I think I've found a lifetime mechanic!!!! read more

Francisco is the man! I was hearing something wrong with my car that sounded like a boost leak, so I stopped by FNP auto to see if Francisco can take a look. (I did not have an appointment) Upon checking under the hood he found a loose hose and tighten it for me which fixed the problem. I recommend making an appointment before you stop by....as I got very lucky for him to see me. Honestly I do not feel like I deserved his help that day just because I was being selfish with my needs and did not think about how busy he is. Will definitely make an appointment in the future. By the way, this is not his first time Francisco has worked on my car....I have been to his shop a few time for oil changes and other repairs. read more

Francisco is one of the best mechanics I've visited in OC. He gives you a detailed description of all the repairs that are needed for your car and provides evidence with pictures and tests that he runs. You feel safe when deciding which repairs to do and can trust his judgment. Will definitely make this place my #1 spot to get my car fixed from now on. read more

I have had many cars over the years (over 50 years and 60+ vehicles) and I can't remember the last time that I felt comfortable enough to just drop my car off and say 'do whatever it takes'..NEVER have I had a mechanic not only send me an estimate (usually they call and tell you how bad things are, and how you should get it ALL done immediately, or you are risking certain death for you and your loved ones!), but Francisco always includes detailed pictures of all that needs to be done. If you are a female and feel intimidated bringing your car to a mechanic by yourself, your search for a mechanic is over.. read more

Great customer service and honesty are values that a business nowaday should have and FNP's got them all. Came for an oil change which is $29.99 and check up since I have a couple lights on. Francisco explained very well to me what happened to my car and even showed me his monitor screen to each problem. For a 8 year-old car like mine there are million problems and he helped to explain every individual one. He wasn't trying to make a sale like other auto shops. A+ service. Would recommend a friend here. read more

Got an oil change and a transmission flush and I woke up the next day with my drive way having a huge patch of car oil spot the size of a carryon luggage. I slowly drove to the shop after calling them when my engine started to heat up and I was being honked at in the streets by several people letting me know that my engine was smoking! After waiting at the shop for an hour the owner told me that they placed a defective cap and that it had a crack in it and that they are sending the cap back to the manufacturer. He didn't offer any compensation for my time or the fact that I had to go out of my way to come back to the shop the next day and I had to clean up my driveway drenched in oil due to their carelessness and not properly checking their inventory for defects. The fact that he didn't try to make things right and offer to compensate me for the time and hassle and putting my safety at risk, it makes me think this is something that happens all the time. My suggestion, don't waste your time. Your safety is more important than a "mediocre" car maintenance deal. read more

Amazing service! Thorough maintenance check up and very professional. Very welcoming and comfortable waiting area with coffee and snacks provided! Friendly dogs too. I'll definitely be back! read more

Francisco is awesome! I took my car in for a few issues and was happy with the service provided. He communicated very clearly what was going on before and sat down with me afterwards to show me pictures of what was done. His estimate of how long it took was accurate and had snacks and coffee in the waiting room. He followed up with an email report with pictures from the oil change. I will definitely recommend his shop to friends. read more

I went in for a sunroof issue with my car, came out with no sunroof issue and a detailed report of other things that need to be fixed. I can definitely see why there's so many good ratings and reviews. Unfortunately like most, I've been jaded by auto repair places n was a little skeptical at first but I'm sooo happy I decided to give FNP a try. I brought my car in since it didn't pass the smog test and they completely hooked me up. They gave my car a thorough complimentary check and gave me estimates, printouts, pictures and walked me though everything. Verrrry reasonably priced, friendly hospitality, quick service and very professional. Highly recommend. read more

An amazing place to have work done. A quote from my wife says it all, "finally a place that I can trust taking my car to". That about sums it up. I took her Honda in for a complete A/C replacement. They were fair and knowledgeable. The car was ready when they said and worked great. They explained everything they did and provided additional services free of charge: unheard of now days. Also, brought a few items to our attention that need to be addressed next time. They certainly exceeded my expectations and keep me "in the black" with my wife. read more

I'm from San Diego originally, and I've been going to Francisco for two years now, and he always takes care of me like family! It's so comforting to know that I have a reliable and knowledgeable car guy so far from home and my own family. I recently changed out my brakes, drive belts, and replaced some filters and Francisco and his team got it all done in one day at such a reasonable price. FNP Auto is above and beyond the best auto shop I've ever come across, you can really trust them to be fair and highly competent. read more
