Took my car in for an oil change and basic maintenance check. Best one I think I had ever received. They are very thorough and explained all the issues with my car, lots of leaks. Were able to fix everything on the spot and in less time than I would have expected. I would definitely come back again and recommend this place to my friends. read more

The service here is phenomenal and outstanding. I truly felt comfortable with my car in their hands! The mechanics really work hard and take care of everything to the maximum service. I really like the environment and the owners make sure you feel comfortable at all times. They are extremely accommodating. Best auto care customer service I've ever had! I've found my new home for when my car needs some TLC :) read more

I got my oil changed at FNP a few weeks ago and found FNP to be incredibly accommodating due to my calling last minute for an appointment. Along with the oil change, I was also given a list of things that my car needed that I would not have been aware of otherwise. The service is incredibly friendly and informative. I will definitely be recommending this place to family and friends! read more

Prompt, courteous, thorough, and great customer service.

My car needed an oil change, spark plug replacement, and a brake fluid bleed. Upon arrival I was greeted by the owner and my car was quickly taken to be fixed. I had to wait awhile but luckily I brought my laptop and used their free Wifi. There were many necessities that were for the customers, such as water, candy, magazines, and a clean bathroom. Franco, the owner was very informative on what my car needed and what my car might need in the future. Overall, the experience was great. read more

I'm a type of person who knows nothing about car. But when I went to FnP Franco had explain everything that was fixed and what I needed to get fixed. As a college student I have certain budget and Franco told me what items in my car that needed to be fixed. He also gave me a time frame on certains things so I would have enough time to save money. Every time I went to FnP auto felt very comfortable asking questions without feeling like it was a dumb question. I would recommend this place to everybody because this auto shop gives great service. read more

This is my 2nd time taking my car to FNP Auto and I couldn't be happier. Both times, Francisco was very knowledgeable and helpful and really took his time explaining things for my understanding. I loved the flexibility of this shop, they were able to accommodate my schedule both times and still had the car ready very quickly! Francisco is great about communicating via email and provides updates with pictures, quotes and detailed explanations about the repair process. What impressed me the most was Francisco's willingness to take our budget into consideration and provide alternatives to accommodate that budget. My car is running great and I feel a million times better knowing that a free re-inspection and warranty are included with my repairs. My search for a trusted auto shop is finally over! read more

Excellent service been referring and coming here for a few years. It's organized and attention to details.

Francisco was able to schedule me in the day I called! I had my oil changed and tires rotated & aligned for a very good deal. He even inspected the rest of my car because I was a first time client. Check up was very thorough, pictures included! I would definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future. read more

Francis was real cool!!... Got an oil change, fixed my window, and he explained to me what I needed to be fixed with my car. I felt like he really cared.!!!! Will definitely come back again in a few months for another oil change. read more

I am the first and only owner of a 2003 Chevrolet Suburban. I would say I take moderate care of it. I hate taking my truck in to get serviced! More often than not the guys will find something extra that "needs immediate attention" because it is approaching 10 years old. I live in Long Beach and thought I found a reputable place south of Stearns near Cal State but once they had my business, I felt they tried hard to milk me. Needless to say I started searching for someone else. I read the reviews on Yelp and decided to give FNP a try. They are FANTASTIC. I went in for an oil change and when Francisco came out and said "can you come here with me, I need to show you something"? I thought "here we again"... My truck was still lifted and he showed different things that are in need of attention. He took the time to explain why I needed it and when I would need it. He did not try to high pressure me or make me believe my truck would fall apart if I didn't service it right then and there. I felt comfortable and reassured that he was knowledgeable and trying to build his shop with fair pricing, quality of work and honorable business practices. As a high school teacher, students are constantly asking me if I know anyone that can work on cars. I always say no because I do not feel comfortable putting my reputation in someone else's hands. I will recommend FNP from here on out because of the quality of work and fairness of price of these people. He even told me about an internal cabin air filter that I was not sure my truck had and to fix it myself! read more

Seriously great trustworthy customer service. As a girl, I appreciate funding a place where I know I won't get taken advantage of.

Great customer service and thorough explanations. I was happy with the price, and the location is convenient for my family.

Great customer service. Great pricing. I call Francisco to get pricing on a brake job for my Audi A5. Francisco gave me a great price for the work and I brought in my own parts. He is friendly and informative and timely in the work. I was happy with everything would come again. read more

These guys are amazing! I took my car in while visiting and they did everything possible to get me the best deal around. I brought in my Acura MDX for a thorough check up and again, FNP Auto did an excellence job. I will just take the car here from now on for everything because of their A++++ service. read more

What can I say that hasn't already been said about FNP. This is the only place we will go. Francisco is a top notch mechanic and a genuine kind person that I have met, especially in this business. He remembers you and your car, he takes pictures and explains everything in great deal. You walk away learning about your car and how to keep it running. He has become our one and only mechanic. He's our person. PS: Call and make an appointment before heading over. read more

By far one of the best Auto Places that I went to. The people there are genuine and really cares about the safety and longevity of your car. Franco and his staff are easy-to-talk to and extremely through in their diagnostics. I HIGHLY endorse this place. read more

Fransisco has been nothing but good to me. I will always take my car to him if I have any problems. I can't find a more caring and honest mechanic than him. FNP Auto will always have my business. read more

I hate mechanics, but I got to say, Francisco is the best! I have taken my car to 3 different places and all of the places said they could not fix my car for under 2000, Francisco did it in a few days for under 1000. This guy is the most intelligent and honest mechanic I have ever met. He is also a very nice guy and a pleasure to be around, always greeting me with a smile and considerate conversation. I love FNP auto. read more

Nothing but an all out classy repair shop to work with. They treat you like family, take the time to give you the honest truth about your car and truly care for your vehicle like it's their very own. Francisco, Pearl and the team are always honest, down to earth and provide affordable pricing for stellar service. They're worth the drive if you're a little far away. I make the commute down from Pasadena just to see them as I know I won't get the run around from them. I wish them nothing but the best. read more

FNP is a very nice place to get your cars serviced. Francisco is very friendly and thorough mechanic that you can trust with your cars. He helped me with an old car that has MANY problems. The prices are reasonable as well. I would definitely come back and refer my friends and family. read more

Absolutely the best customer service I've seen out of a mechanic ever. I went in for an oil change and for a smog check. They took digital pictures of every point of inspection, gave me acid test papers on fluids, and gave me a 1st time discount. They also emailed me the pictures and walked through each of the pictures when I came to pick up the car. All that for $25!!! Never felt like they would trying to squeeze, sell or swindle me. It's so rare but refreshing when you see a business like this. read more

All these reviews are spot on! After consistent poor service from other auto repair facilities in the area, I decided to take my car to FNP for an oil change. Really amazing customer service and honesty about repairs needed for my vehicle. I highly recommend! FNP has gained another loyal customer! Thanks Francisco and Team! read more

I was driving around and yelp for a Oil Change FnP came up decided to give it to give it a shot.. Walked in and was treated like I was here before Francisco was polite great customer service from the start. Changed my oil and recommended what my car needed went into great detail on what needs to be done, didn't try to sell me anything more just what I needed.. Will defiantly be coming back to get those recommendations fixed. Prices are reasonable too!!!! Snacks and water for free in the waiting area a plus especially with kids.. read more

I'm writing this review on behalf of my husband who, after reading the other reviews for FNP, took our car in for an oil change. He had called earlier that day to make an appointment and, after arriving a few minutes late, was greeted with an open door and a "Hello Steve" by Francisco, even though he had never met him. This man truly knows how to treat people with respect and honesty. He is one in a million. Our car was inspected as an extra service since it was our first visit and Francisco pointed out some things, with pictures, that we may want to consider getting fixed. We will not hesitate to take our car back to FNP when we are ready to take care of them. Francisco also looked up an error code we were getting for our airbags and honestly recommended that a dealer would be the best option to get it fixed. Do yourself a favor and give FNP a try. You won't regret it! read more

This place has far and above earned its 5 stars and has compelled me to write my first review. Francisco is clearly not only a professional when it comes to cars, but also when it comes to people. I had my first oil change at his location very recently and was very impressed with the way in which Francisco handles himself as well as how far he's willing to go to make sure that his customers are happy. The small waiting room has plentiful snacks and amenities for you to help yourself to while you wait and the service is much faster than what you'd find at a dealership. Once it's all done they take the time to go over other aspects of your car and let you know when you would most likely need servicing done for those various parts which provides a nice piece of mind in knowing for sure the status of your vehicle. In my case, a problem with the oil change was discovered a few days after servicing and oil was leaking from my car. I called up Francisco's office first thing the next morning and he offered to have me bring in my car at my earliest convenience, regardless of his current schedule, so that he could diagnose the problem himself. Not only did he resolve the problem extremely fast and respectfully, but he also provided a small gift to make up for my having to revisit him to get the issue fixed. Francisco is extremely polite and clearly someone who is always looking to improve himself and his business. Make no mistake, the rest of the other 5 star reviews here are no lie; this place knows what they're doing and they care about you. The true epitome of great business practice. I will most definitely be back for future auto servicing and maintenance. read more

As always FnP Auto has been my trusted source for taking care of the vehicle that takes care of me! The amount of traveling I do for work in the LA and OC area... it only makes sense that my car is able to keep up with the traffic and conditions... so of course I'm going with the best, FnP Auto! read more

Just picked up our car from Francisco. We were looking for a mechanic in the area and chose him because of all the positive reviews so far. We weren't disappointed! He was super friendly and helpful. Francisco took pictures of everything wrong with the car and sent it by email, and kept us updated with how the work was going. After it was done he sat us down and explained all of the work that was done so that we could understand clearly. He even provided a free rental car since he kept the car overnight. Never had an experience with a mechanic like this before so we will definitely be coming back here for all of our maintenance needs, and to visit his two dogs, Nigel and Bella! 5 stars for sure. read more

Francisco is the man! As I was checking my oil and fluids before making a trip to norcal, I noticed I was in need of an oil change. The shop closes from 1-2 for lunch, but Francisco was kind enough to stay and do the oil change himself as the other mechanic went to lunch; this is what real customer service is. I was on a time crunch, so I definitely appreciated his willingness to help me out. If I could give this place more stars, I would! I'm very glad I found a shop like this! read more

Today I went to FNP based off the great reviews on Yelp.. There is a reason this company has 5 stars. It's a 5 star business.. I was happy because when I called and left message they called me right back and were very nice on the phone They got me in that day and were so professional from the time I got there and left.. I will definitely be coming back to FNP for future car maintenance .. Well done FNP. Keep up the great work read more

Literally the nicest people ever running this shop. They couldn't be kinder, more thoughtful or do better quality work. Great service. Francisco is knowledgeable and friendly. Free wifi and treats. Love the dogs.

Francisco at FNP helped us diagnose the issue with our car (which had completely lost power on the freeway) quickly and efficiently. He laid out potential solutions with timeframes and costs in an easy to understand manner. When we decided that it wasn't worth investing more money in the automobile, he helped us find numbers for local charities to donate to. Every step of the process Francisco was kind, understanding, and accommodating. I wish I could take my car to him everyday! read more
