This place is awesome. Great customer service. They take photos of your vehicle and tell you about any problem areas. I love that. Very detailed and I love this place. I've taken my truck there and just took my wife's Honda here for a weird sound it was making in the back. Found the problem at the exhaust and no more noise. Highly recommend this place. read more

I brought a potential used car purchase to FNP for full inspection. Dropped it off as soon as they opened and returned 4 hours later. Francisco walked me through every single thing he checked and man, it was quite the comprehensive list! He emailed me 52 photos of all the issues and saved me from making a huge mistake. I would have bought a car that needed $2K+ in repairs had I not taken the car in for inspection. Dodged a bullet - well worth the money spent! read more

Fransisco is super helpful and really knows how to fight to get the parts you need on time. He even helped me replace a part that was no longer covered in my warranty. Always fast to respond and very friendly!! read more

3 simple reasons why I gave FNP auto 5 stars: 1. Easy Online Reservation: I love that I can make appointment online and the staff calls you back right away to confirm it. Fast&Easy! 2. 100% customers service: The Owner, Francis greeted me by the front door.(Not happened every often). I felt welcomed immediately and treated with respect. 3. 100% Trust: Intending service: oil change. However, my car battery is low so Francis recommended to replace the new one. He not only brought me the proof showing my bad battery but also explained details and simple way to understand. Definitely, I feel confident about my decision. Thank you! read more

FNP Auto - The office is clean and accommodation. I appreciated the Crayon and coloring book. Keep my wild child settle for a while!:) - Auto Repair Near Me - Stanton, California

I rarely write reviews unless I have the need to tell people whether the business is highly recommended or something bad to look out for before visiting, whether it deals with products or service that are out of the ordinary. I highly recommend this place because Francisco, the one who runs the shop, is highly knowledgeable of what he is doing. He also goes into full detail pointing out and explaining what is wrong with the vehicle. He also exceeded my expectations with his customer service skills. He is a good guy. read more

I was recently in the Stanton area trying to buy a used car, but before making the final purchase I thought it best to get the car checked out. The reviews for FNP Auto were fantastic so I decided to take the car there. So glad I did. Francisco is the man! After describing a some of the issues I was seeing with the car, he gave me his honest opinion: don't buy the car and save yourself the cost of inspecting the vehicle. He then offered me a list of vehicles that would better fit my needs and said to call him whenever I'm about to make my next purchase - EVEN IF IT WASN'T IN STANTON. Can't recommend this place enough. They saved me from buying a $10,000 lemon. read more

Took my Subaru in for routine service. Excellent service from Francisco once again. Showed me pictures and gave me a good description of the work that was done. Francisco is very professional, friendly, and a trustworthy auto mechanic. Always highly recommended. read more

Amazing little gem!! Must come here!! Francisco is the most honest friendly, understanding mechanic that I ever have had the pleasure of dealing with. Will definitely keep coming to him for many more years to come!!! A+++ read more

I want to say I had a great experience here at this location. He provided me with details and showed me what my car needed and what needed to be done. I received a $10 dollar coupon for a Yelp check in and I received a great service for a great price and he was very friendly. read more

Very kind Comprehensive and reliable service Open to discussion and glad to answer questions Only something I realized now: he only proposes original replacement parts, which are expensive. On an old car like mine, it would not hurt taking third party parts, which can be much much cheaper! Very recommendable anyway! read more

OK so I'm not a mechanic specialist or anything. And I was looking for something in the area to get my oil changed. I found this place again on Yelp because of it's reviews. And I feel so blessed that I found this place. The owner is super friendly. I called made an appointment he took me right away, car was done with pictures and all of what the problem was and I was completely satisfied. Please give this place a call and look no further. read more

I just moved from Oklahoma in December. My highlander needed new brakes. I was referred to Fransisco through a co-worker. Price, service, and honesty were my main concern when looking for a mechanic. Fransisco not only replaced my brakes, changed my oil, and let me know what other things that would need to be replaced soon but also fixed problems with a part he didn't even put in. With my tight schedule, He was also kind enough to help me get to work and get my car back to me for no extra charge.WOW He went way above and beyond any service or an expectations i had and would refer anyone to him and he will be my mechanic from now on. Thank you. read more

One of a kind service! Fnp auto Gives a full run down about your car's health and offers the best and most affordable options. Fnp gave us a free battery harness and a quick component fix for being their 1400 customer! Professional, informative and friendly service makes fnp my number one auto shop choice, thanks to Francisco and his team, they made a devoted customer out of me. P.s this may sound too good to be true but I have to speak highly of Francisco and his team, you just can't find this level of honesty, professionalism and helpfulness anywhere these days. Thanks again Francisco. read more

I stumbled upon FNP Auto about 4 or 5 years ago looking to get an oil change and I am so glad I did. Now I take my car to him for everything. Francisco goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers and I always feel like I am getting an honest price and accurate recommendations. It can be scary as a single woman who knows nothing about cars to take your car to a mechanic because you don't know if you are going to be taken advantage of financially, but I have never had to worry about that with Francisco. He is the most honest mechanic I have ever come across and have no plans to take my car elsewhere in the future. read more

We started with FNP because we were acquainted with Fransisco & wanted to support his business. I assumed that the excellent, personalized service we received was due in part to the fact that we knew him, but after referring a few friends we were pleased to see that that is the way they are with everyone. We bring all out cars here & trust Francisco to keep them running. I can't recommend them highly enough !!!!!!! read more

Referred here by a friend two years ago and haven't taken my car anywhere else since. First off, I'm really bad with what's going on in a car. I'm a girl (I know I shouldn't generalize but it can't be helped) and I know basically almost nothing at all, except how to check the oil. This place is wonderful to go to. At first you might get lost trying to get here but once you find it, you'll never forget where it is. It's been a while since I've gotten my car looked at when I talked to Franco, I thought man, it's going to be a lot, I don't have the money, what am I going to do. Great guy that Franco is, he took a look at my car while I waited in the waiting room. It's a plus the waiting room, there's free WiFi, lollipops, it's a cool place to hang while the car is being looked at. So while he was looking at the car, I was able to chill and catch up with my friends (on my phone). He came and he showed me what was going on with my car. I mean, it's hard to trust people nowadays with your car but that's not the case at FNP. He went into detail of what was going on with my car and what I needed to get fixed now and what I could hold off until I got the money. He lets you know the very best material that fit with the car or if it can be fixed with non brand name. He knows what he's doing with cars and he won't settle less for making sure you're car is good to go when leaving the shop. I don't have all the money in the world to spend, I have a budget and I was able to work with that and get what I needed fixed in my car. He tells you how it is and you can feel the honesty when your talking to him. Plus I got to learn a thing or two about cars and how they run. I wouldn't go anywhere to get my car looked at. Not when you know that it's honest people you're dealing with. If any of my friends needed help with cars, I'll refer them to FNP right away. read more

Francisco offers quality service each and every time and is great at not only helping us maintain our cars but keeping us informed and helping educate us through questions and concerns we have! Will always come here! read more

By far my favorite Auto shop in Orange County. I needed to get my brakes serviced and Francisco gave my car a quick assessment and gave me an estimate for my brakes. You're going to need to make an appointment because Francisco and crew seem to be very busy. I came into my appointment and it took the exact amount that he said it would and he even replaced my brake light for free! He showed me other things that were wrong or potentially wrong with my car and gave me estimates on all of those too. He also provided pictures of everything. If you're looking for honest, friendly, and great auto work FNP Auto is your place. read more

My first time here at this shop, Francisco was very professional, he gave me all the details of what needed to be done with my car. He gave me a discount for checking in. Thank you Francisco, will definitely bring my friend and family here if needed car repair read more

Francisco went above and beyond to help me diagnose an ABS light on my 04 Subaru. He is polite and generous. His spot is in the front of the commercial center. read more

Francisco provides an extremely high level of customer service. I was referred to FNP by a friend and was glad I followed through on the recommendation. My car was due for a variety of service items, each of which Francisco identified and documented for me with notes, print-outs, photos, and google drive files (regardless of whether I was going to have his shop do the work on my car). His level of detail is unlike any other. He also clearly articulated the processes required for my car without belittling me or confusing me. As a female, I am always considered about being spoken down to or taken advantage of when it comes to mechanics. This is not the case at FNP. Francisco presented all of the work that was required on my vehicle and then outlined the priorities so I did not have to spend so much money upfront. Additionally, he called another mechanic shop from which I received a lower quote, so that he could make sure they were pricing out the same products and services AND he worked with me on my budget without compromising service or quality. I really appreciate the extra time he took to do this. What's more, when I went to pick up my car, there was an adorable photo of his family and note (and a lolipop!) to thank me for being a customer. Little touches like this throughout the whole process set FNP apart. I will definitely be returning to this business. read more

Great customer service. FNP takes care off all my automotive needs. Always enjoy coming in and talking with Francisco.

So happy I found these guys. They are a life saver. My car was blowing white smoke from the exhaust pipe and they were able to figure out the problem in know time. read more

Probably the best auto servicing place you can go to in all of Southern California. I've been to many places to get my car serviced and the general consensus is that most places try to nickle and dime you but this place is anything but helpful! My boyfriend had been telling me for months to come check out this place, I have not been able to go until over the weekend when I really had to take my car in. All I needed was to get an oil change done, but he went ahead and checked out my entire car! I needed to get my headlights replaced but haven't bothered with them but he noticed it and was kind enough to replace them for me. By the time my car was finished, he had printed out a full detailed copy of was done was done and what needs to be done in the future and explained to me in full detail what each item meant. Most places do print out copies of what they had done to your car and they also recommend what needs to be done but to include a full detailed synopsis and making sure you understand the language, most places don't offer that type of service. How awesome is that?! I really cannot emphasis how amazing this place is. Now, i refuse to take my car to any other mechanic. FNP Auto goes above and beyond in customer service! Yelpers, come and visit this place you will not regret this decision! read more

Whenever I need an oil change, I'm always searching around for the current best deal and service. Well I can confidently say my search has ended forever. After I booked their last appt for the day, and got lost, and was phoned twice but my phone was being stupid, I finally found the storefront and was greeted at the doorway with a friendly smile. I seriously was afraid they'd turn me down and have me reschedule but they thought it'd be fine so I quickly filled out a clipboard and was offered cold water and jello snacks. They took my keys and drove my car around the back garage area. Sitting in the waiting room, there is WIFI, A/C, a basket of phone chargers, magazines, jello snacks, coffee and water station, and a PSA video about car maintenance. I could tell they are super friendly here because I must've been offered water three times- or maybe it was just super hot that day. Any way, time passes by and Francisco calls me back to show me a few things he's found, including a nail in a tire!! This never happens at any other auto shop I've been to!! It was so cool!! It kind of felt like I was on a field trip and I learned so much!! To say the least, I was impressed by his honesty, patience, and thoroughness. And by this time they hadn't even changed the oil yet! So I make some decisions about what they can do to my car and go back to the waiting room. More time passes by and I learn a grip from just watching the video as well and then finally my car is ready. Francisco calls me into the office and goes over EVERYTHING he did, including photos of the before and after, pH tests, engine oil tests, battery test results, leaky things, a fix it plan timeline, information on a factory recall, advised me on tire purchases, so much stuff!! My mind was blown away. Again, I can't stress the great service I've experienced here enough. And I even got a check in deal for $5 off! They definitely deserve the 5 stars and I will be highly recommending this place to friends and family for all their auto care needs. read more

Will def come back again and again! They did a great job fixing my brakes and did a complete inspection, letting me know I had leaking fluid which burned my rack & pinion. Got a very decent estimate and plan on coming back to get it fixed. I'm SO impressed with the customer service. Francisco is very honest and passionate about auto, it's rare to find someone who actually knows what their doing but HE DOES. Tell him any issue and he'll explain the problem thoroughly! Also very patient and willing to work with you, he genuinely cares for his clients not money hungry like other mechanics I've dealt with..Great prices and great service- 2 thumbs up!! read more

"Hi Nikki, this is a reminder that your Scion xA is due for an oil change." An email reminder for my oil change? TOTAL WIN. WiFi while I wait? DOUBLE WIN. My favorite part, of course, is Francisco's service. Went in for an oil change, and since it was my first time Franco asked if he could do a complete check up on the car (free of course). He kept checking in with me, asking if it was okay if he took the time to check a few more things, did I need anything, etc. Very polite and considerate, and afterwards he took me to my car and SHOWED me everything he checked, what the results were and what that means for my car. He pointed out what I could ignore, what needs attention soon, and what was fine but will need attention eventually. His approach is so helpful, because not only do I feel like I know exactly how my car is doing, but it helps me to budget and plan ahead instead of waiting for stuff to break. I'm sure most of us don't really budget our car maintenance too well. But now I know for my first upcoming oil change, I should also replace my battery. For my second one, I'll probably need no additional work on my car, and for my third one, my brakes will probably need servicing. I pretty much have an outline of my expected car expenses for the year, and I know James is getting exactly what he needs. (Oh yeah, my car's name is James. I love James.) Tip: call ahead - not necessary, but sometimes Franco's out running errands for the shop, plus he likes to make sure he has the best parts and supplies needed for YOUR car. Very personal service, I feel like Franco cares as much about James as I do. Well, almost. No one can love James like I do. OH and prices are great to, you'd never expect him to spend as much time on your car as he does for what he charges. Franco just loves cars and cares about what he does, and it shows. read more

I just returned to FNP to get my Nissan Xterra serviced. Again, Franco and his mechanics did an excellent job! The main reasons I'll keep coming back are that 1) Franco explains what needs to be done clearly and doesn't talk to you like you are a dummy 2) Pictures are taken of what needs to be repaired and 3) Franco treats you like family. read more

Wow. I have to say all of the positive reviews on F&P are on the mark. I came here for an oil change but Francisco's pure sincerety sold me. Its a farther drive from my previous mechanic but the work, prices and clarity are amazing. Francisco took the time to show me what was wrong and specifically pointed out the issues I had. He didn't just throw a list at me but rather went through what the issues were. Kind and personable guy and also a mehanic?! Unheard of. I completely recommend F&P. read more

These guys took care of my wife's car not too long ago. They showed me everything that needed to be fixed (lot of leaks) and even explained the how and the whys.
