Thomas, who owns and operates the company, came over almost immediately to make the repairs. He was very polite and professional. He didn't have all the materials for my particular door which wasn't a big deal. Especially since he communicated with me prior to his arrival that could be a possibility. Since I needed the repair immediately, he suggested that he could run to the local hardware store to get the materials. He really communicated with me which put me more at ease since I knew what to expect. Once Thomas had the materials needed, it only took him about hour to an hour and a half to make the repairs which I expected it to take longer than that. My door looked great and worked like a charm! I cannot thank you enough Thomas for the tremendous job you did! Hands down had the best experience for a scary situation with very unexpected repairs that couldn't have gone more smoothly.
