Why would he even schedule the darn appointment and waste my day if the recall part wasn't available? In addition, the text I received to keep appraised of my appointment had a link for the Service Advisers phone number. Only the phone number is NOT IN SERVICE. WHAT IS WRONG WITH this business. Completely unsatisfactory. Why would I EVER GO TO CHALMERS AGAIN. I GUESS MY TIME IS NOT IMPORTANT TO THEM. IT WAS PRETTY IMPORTANT WHEN THEY SOLD IT TO ME.

Now both of my daughters have been taking their cars to him for years and our first driving grandchild will be taking his vehicle to Sonny. Before they even took it to the shop for repairs, Mike listened to it run and asked a me few questions and said let's take off the seat. Within 2 minutes he found the issue to be broken wires in a wire harness! They made all the repairs, full maintenance plus I had them replace all 4 axles. It runs like a champ now. While I was there, I started looking at new ATV's because my old 2001 had died (so I thought) the day before. I kicked a few tires and asked the saleswomen(both of them) tons of questions and they had the answers to everything....technical, specs, performance, cost, etc... So, I went ahead a bought one. When I went in to take delivery of the ATV, they had it on the showroom floor detailing it immaculately. They then proceeded to give me a detailed informative run down of the ATV.
