Looks like crappy customer service at advanced auto parts isn't just in Colorado it must be nation wide. Turns out I'm a complete moron and did not fully inspect my original purchase which would have negated trip 3 and 4 and the customer service with the original two trips were spot on as far as customer service goes I am changing my rating from 1-4 stars.
