I had used them earlier in the year for a minor inspection and remembered how helpful and honest Alex D was. At that time, they told me the work I was considering was not urgent, even though it meant I did not move forward with the project. They responded very quickly and had Alex D. at our house by 8:30 that evening, only about an hour after I contacted them. Alex was excellent. He found an issue that had somehow been missed by another HVAC company that had been performing routine annual inspections on our system. He was courteous, respectful, informative, and very genuine throughout the entire visit. He explained what he was seeing in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable before doing any work. We never felt pressured or like we were being sold something we did not need. Alex clearly takes pride in his work and in making sure the customer understands what is happening. After both experiences with Cronus, they have definitely earned our trust and will be the company we call moving forward.

The person I spoke with was very professional, patient, and helpful. Since we were replacing our 23-year-old gas water heater, I had a lot of questions, and they were able to give me useful information right away. Steven was also wonderful to work with. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, and sent us several options so we could really compare and decide what was best for our home and budget. I never felt pressured. On installation day, Alberto came with the team and did a great job. We also had two other team members working on upgrading our electrical panel, and everyone was professional, respectful, and efficient. What really impressed me is that they truly mean it when they say they can install your water heater as soon as the next day! Everything happened so quickly and smoothly. It's not often that you find a company where the experience is good from the first phone call all the way through the installation. We're very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Water Heater Pros to anyone needing a water heater replacement. Thank you to Steven, Alberto, and the whole team!

I want to give a strong recommendation for Howdy Plumbing…read more I recently had a backed-up drain at one of my rental properties and called them thinking the line would probably need to be snaked. They took the time to talk with me over the phone first and helped confirm what the issue likely was. I asked if they could come out the same day, and they were able to accommodate. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Before starting, they gave me a price range so I knew what to expect. In the end, the sewer line access was very close to the house, so the job was easier than expected and they actually charged me on the low end of the range, which I thought was very fair. What really impressed me was how thorough they were. They ran a camera through the line and showed me exactly what was going on inside the pipe. They explained the condition of the line, what caused the issue, and how much life the pipe likely has left. They also took a look at another plumbing concern while they were there. Since my tenants were present during the visit, I especially appreciated how professional they were. They handled everything respectfully and did not discuss pricing or anything that would have put me in an awkward position in front of my tenants. These guys are honest, on time, and clearly take pride in their work. You can tell it's a family business that values its reputation. After several bad experiences trying to find a good plumber over the years, it's a relief to finally have one I can trust.
