There's no rushing you from station to station to get you out the door. My nails curve naturally and they take time to shape and protect them from breaking. My natural nails are super long and strong--people always ask if they're fake! The products they use don't leave dips in my nails and my nails are so protected that they survive at least a month of daily typing, furniture assembly, and playing with my energetic dog. The designs and care they've done for me over the years have been amazing, and I always leave (and return) happy. Highly recommend! All pictures are of my natural nails.

Haven Nails was one of the few nail salons with walk in appointments available on a Saturday so a…read morefriend and I decided to stop in. I paid $55 for dip nails with chrome. First impressions, I thought the salon was clean and rather small. They had 4 techs working and they were all busy when I came in but I didn't mind waiting. I showed my nail tech an inspo pic and let her know that I wanted square round nails and she got to work as soon as she was free. When she was working on my nails, another customer came in asking to get her eyebrows waxed. My nail tech stopped mid service when she was working on my nails to wax her eyebrows. I am patient so again, I didn't mind waiting however I could tell that the tech felt rushed and stressed. I'm not sure if this is the norm here but the tech only trimmed my nails before applying the dip powder but did not clean up my cuticles or trim any hangnails. Also, when she was filing down the dip, she cut 3 of my fingers which stung. I understand that she had another customer waiting on her but I don't think it was appropriate for her to rush through my service.

I waited until I paid to voice my concerns and as I was speaking she literally turns away and starts speaking to the only other employee. Extremely rude and this by far was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. This was a hole in the wall and I got hole in the wall service. Nothing about the service was Glamorous.

I didn't quite get the lady who did my toes but everyone here is very attentive and detailed. And they will keep fixing any spot or anything you want fixed. I would recommend coming here if you're in the area! Also, if you're looking for a hard design, hand drawn, or 3D design definitely come here and ask for Andy! He showed me some of his previous works and it's amazing!! They do stamp cards after you visit 5 times you get 20% off on your next visit. They are also currently having a promotion for 35% off all of their lash extensions full sets. This salon also does permanent makeup!
