After the interlock installation was done it was time to sign the papers and he wanted to me sign for things I haven't received, A Mandatory booklet for the use of the device required by the MTO. After asking for the booklets multiple times he says he will just keep the car over the weekend if I don't sign. Was also requesting multiple signatures for the car's functionality without me seeing the car. After getting extreme rude, He also said If I don't stop asking questions he would refuse service and I would have to go somewhere else. He didn't seem to care about costumer service or loosing costumers. I only went here because it was close to home. I have made a complaint with Alcolock and the MTO about this place regarding installation of this device. This Place only sells over priced old electronics. Avoid Tony and this place at all cost.

I had originally gone to Best Buy to get a pair of headphones so that I could listen to the TV louder than others watching. The fellow could not figure out how this would work so he recommended I go to FM Audio Video in Brantford. I went there and explained what I needed and a fellow by the name of Matt assisted me with everything I would need to hook this up properly. I purchased a Sony Headset along with a few boxes & cables to make sound come out of the TV, Soundbar & headset at the same time at different volumes. This employee was fabulous and took my phone calls to walk me through hook up issues I was having. A few months later I moved to my own place and had issues hooking this up properly to the TV I now owned. After dealing with 2 other employees with no success I finally was able to contact Matt. This guy knows his stuff and went out of his way to help get this working for me. I would recommend FM ....but only if Matt is the one helping resolve issues. Went in to get 2 amps installed Mono block and a 4 channel into a chevy cobalt. (Battery located in the trunk) Also asked for them to secure my rear deck speakers. (missing a screw). Took them over 7 hrs for the install and they didnt even touch the rear speakers. They had to remove my backseat for the install but failed to put it back in properly, now it flops around an the body of the car is exposed. Some wires coming from my deck are exposed and never were and also so many scuffs, dirt marks and pieces of wire, all over my interior. I took pictures before the job and the comparison is appalling. Only thing good out of this sloppy an unprofessional job was the cost. I was only billed for 3hrs (which is how long it should of took) because as it turns out they had an apprentice working all alone on my car. The car audio installers are just trash now compared to Ryan. He did my first install, sadly he doesnt work there anymore, he was the real deal. read more
