I went up to the front desk where I asked Andrew for some help as the guy walked away from us, Andrew was very helpfully and explain they didn't have what i was looking for but i could order one online. we did a bit more shopping and when i went back other guy again and called out to guy again for help i guess I wasn't important as he was yell to a person in the back room about some video game he was playing. At that point we had it we just left the store and will not be going back as i can see have a chat about a video game is more important then helping a customer and making a sale

So now I think I ordered 2 tvs. Waited 24 hours and called back, they said they didnt get either of my orders and that TV is now sold out as it was a black Friday only deal. What a scam. Worst costumer service experience (if you can even call it that) with Tony. It all started when I…read morewas booked for an Interlock installation. Tony started making fun of me because it was taking me a couple extra tries to get the thing working. His attitude towards me was complexly unprofessional. Said I was the worst he has seen in the last 3 years and laughing uncontrollably. After the interlock installation was done it was time to sign the papers and he wanted to me sign for things I haven't received, A Mandatory booklet for the use of the device required by the MTO. After asking for the booklets multiple times he says he will just keep the car over the weekend if I don't sign. Was also requesting multiple signatures for the car's functionality without me seeing the car. After getting extreme rude, He also said If I don't stop asking questions he would refuse service and I would have to go somewhere else. He didn't seem to care about costumer service or loosing costumers. I only went here because it was close to home. I have made a complaint with Alcolock and the MTO about this place regarding installation of this device. This Place only sells over priced old electronics. Avoid Tony and this place at all cost.
