Ordered a TV on black Friday online. Didnt get confirmation email. So I tried again a few hours later. Still no confirmation, so I called. Automated system said there was a 24 hour delay on email confirmations. So now I think I ordered 2 tvs. Waited 24 hours and called back, they said they didnt get either of my orders and that TV is now sold out as it was a black Friday only deal. What a scam. Bought a 65 inch TV a $200 mount and paid to have it installed. No one called for the appointment...tried calling store...no one answers. Call their best buy number and they say they can't find it under my phone number or email??? Said they wold email the receipt ...without a receipt no service. Another 'service' provider that 1. Doesn't answer their phone 2. Has a useless database to find your order... this is a 'tech' company that can't use tech? Said their manager would call me back. Three days later no call back. Amazing service, I had a scam alert on my computer and couldn't get it off. I called and spoke to a young man who told me to bring it in and they would look at it. I took it in and he fixed it right away no charge and showed me how to get rid of it if it happened again. I am not tech in any way so I appreciate all the help and the service--- we buy all our electronics at Best Buy and we are more than happy every time we go in there. Everyone is friendly and more than happy to answer my questions there. read more

Our 8 month old GE washer computer has completely died. Had to rinse clothes and wring them out by hand then empty washer by hand. Store in Brantford could have cared less and now we have been waiting for over a week for a service call from an out of town company. Very poor customer service and product is a huge disappointment. read more

There are only a couple of the staff that are nice. Most of the staff are quite rude and condescending, and as soon as they feel that they are not going to make a commission off of you they treat you like scum. That is why when I bought my 2nd computer I went to their sister company in Ancaster. There is no point in complaining to the customer service cause they just defend their own any ways. read more

Worst customer service experience. I spent over $2,000 and not once did I receive any assistance. I had asked several times to different staff members for assistance on product knowledge and carrying large items and was shunned. I was treated very disrespectfully during the checkout process and made to feel as though I inconvenienced their "chatting" time with other employees. I will not be buying here again and will be returning my products due to the rude behavior exhibited by BestBuy employees. Not even worth one star. read more
