I've never rented a storage unit so I was clueless on what to expect or needed in the first place. Upon arrival, Tonya gave us a tour of the facility and the unit we wanted to rent. From the office to the units themselves, everything was so clean and well cared for. There's cameras all over the place so you can feel secure about your belongings. Plus, each renter gets a personalized pin so they know who's coming in and out. Tonya was amazing and really made my family and I feel welcomed and confident with our decision to rent here. I will be getting my stuff out of this storage as soon as possible. Very low quality product.
