OK, this place was absolutely amazing. So amazing that I wish they were in STL! The restaurant wasn't huge by any means and by the time we were able to make reservations, the only remaining seats were at the bar. We took it because of the grand reviews and we were not disappointed. We ordered a bottle of wine to share and perused the menu. So the place doesn't have appetizers. You kind of just order good food and share if you would like. Some of them would qualify as starters. The portions are large enough to share. We started with the F.O. larb. It was served with some sticky rice. So delicious. I was honestly worried that I would no longer have room for my main dish which was the catfish. And let me tell you, that catfish dish is divine! Of course, I was unable to finish but I took it back home with me. That's right, it was so good that it made it back home for the 2 hour drive. My sister in law had the short rid and she enjoyed every bite. She also commented about how the larb was so delicious as well. To finish the evening, we ordered one of their fancy coctails. I could not remember the name of our cocktail but it was recommended by the bar tender and was also really good. Well... we might have ended the night with two of them! If you are ever in Colombia, this is a MUST stop.

Another great dining option in Columbia. We had a later dinner here, not able to get an earlier reservation and enjoyed some delicious cocktails, appetizers and entrees. Book early. Don't pass on the pretzels, soft and delicious! We also ordered one portion of the mac and cheese to share among five people, and it was just so good, that we had to order another dish along with the entrees. Ultra rich, creamy and bacony! The room is casual and comfortable, and our server was friendly and food came from the kitchen at a nice place. Our server did a good job of coursing our food tapas style so we were able to enjoy everything nice and hot as it arrived. For entrees, we really enjoyed the mojo pork steak, the pork was melt in your mouth tender and delicious. While the Lebanese meatballs were good, they were not among my favorites of the dishes we enjoyed. Check them out, just plan your reservation early enough so you can dine on the day/time you prefer.

We really enjoyed the pretzels...they consider it a must have and I definitely agree. I had the pork chop which was delicious. The carnitas was surprisingly a let down. I would consider a different dish. The staff were very nice.

Walking into the establishment the employees were very welcoming and greeted us with a smile. The restrooms were unisex with lavish decor along with a space for women to set their purse. They had a beautiful outdoor patio! The patio also was convenient for indoor and outdoor seating with window covers and heated panels for comfort. Although our waiter was friendly welcoming, I was not a fan of the logistics of the restaurant: they do not have appetizers on their menu, none of their food options came with sides, the food is served family style and they encourage sharing, they place every purchased item on one ticket(God forbid you have multiple people paying), they dont allow you to make changes or substitutes unless u have dietary restrictions, they don't provide you with straws unless you request and the waiters hand his hands all over them!! The evenviroment overall was great however the details make a world of a difference when it comes to a restaurant. Their food was tasty and they did have unique options along with a rotating menu with a few consistent items. I have the Shawarma Pizza and it was amazing!!! Overall, I try everything once. I do recommend trying it only due to the ambience, friendly staff and some tasty food options.

LOVED this food! If you are a picky eat, don't read the descriptions just trust the chef. Everything we had was amazing -great flavors, unique takes on classic dishes and continuous changes to the menu! A cozy dinner spot, great for groups or date night.

This is one of our go to dinner spots for date night, special occasions, or just a yummy meal. Service has always been amazing, super friendly. The menu is always changing, so always expect something new and different. - Wagyu chicken fried steak (4/5): Very tasty! The steak was a bit more tough than expected. Large serving of mashed potatoes and green beans that tasted fancy! A bit salty overall but so good. - Mac n cheese (4/5): Super cheesy and delicious. Basic dish but done well. Loved the bacon too. - Crispy shrimp salad (4.5/5): One of my favorite salads! Everything paired so well together, from the daikon, to the shrimp, to the peanuts and yummy dressing. Tasted a bit tangy/sour in the best way.

This was an absolute surprise and one of the most pleasant dining experiences of my life. My girlfriend and I walked in (I would recommend making a reservation) and they were able to seat us within a few minutes. The atmosphere was cozy and we were close to the other patrons, but we had plenty of room. The decor was very minimalist and the lighting was definitely on the ambient side. Our waitress Carrie was extremely helpful and let us know right away that this restaurant served the food as it was ready and that all of the plates are meant to be shared with the table, think tapas but huge portions. We got boom boom shrimp, fettuccini bolognese, and "bread and butter." Everything was delectable. As a picky eater who has never tried shrimp, I was extremely pleased with how savory and flavorful it was. The same can be said about the other two dishes we ordered. Everything was cooked to perfection. 3 plates was probably a bit too much, but the dessert for the evening looked too good to pass up and it was. Another thing about this restaurant is that they change the menu very frequently so don't expect to get exactly what we got, but you really can't go wrong with anything!

This is a spectacularly conceived upscale "midwestern" restaurant serving diverse, local, farm-to-table food innovatively crafted by either a wizard or a phenomenal chef. The perfectly sized menu featured a handful of regular dishes and some 6-8 items appearing new on the menu just this week. Excellent cocktail concoctions. Decent wine and beer options. Servers were attentive, friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. This is some of the best midwestern fare I have ever had since arriving to Missouri 15 years ago. Six of us were dining, including 4 hungry college kids, so we had a number of selections and chose to eat "family style" which is this restaurant's recommended approach. (Love it!). Here is what we drank and ate: - Purple Nurple: (4.7/5) GET THIS. Everyone at the table loved this cocktail. - Strawberry Menta: (4/5) refreshing - Mon Cheri / non-alcohol (4/5): At $4, good option and very tasty. - Soft pretzels (4.8/5): GET THIS!!!! Pretzel bites with Boursin cheese can not get better than this! - Chicken Fried Cauliflower (4.5/5): GET THIS! I am a chimichurri addict and love anything fried. The flavors of this dish were the bomb! - Bread & Butter (4/5): yummy hearty bread with well constructed butter spread. - Catfish (4.8/5): GET THIS!!! Nice sized fillets with a great, well seasoned batter. Loved the remoulade. Best catfish I have had in a long time! - Burrata (4/5): This was very good but was out shown by the other dish. Really fresh! - Duck confit "Buddha bowl" (4/5): I am not sure this dish works well for family style. Terrific ingredients. Very "kale" forward. Love the gastrique! - Lebanese meatballs (4.8/5) GET THIS! So many flavors working together to make a phenomenal dish. - Mojo Pork Steak (4.8/5) GET THIS! I think this was my favorite bite of the night. Pork was extremely tender and had an awesome mojo flavor. The creamy pinto bean purée + fried onion strings + radishes + everything else was "FLAVOR TOWN!" - Cheesecake Brownie (5/5) GET THIS! This was an extremely well rounded dessert hitting all the flavors and textures... sweet, salty, tangy, crunch, creamy... oh man. Wish I had more. Honestly, I think this is the best restaurant in Columbia. Solid 4.8 dining experience.

Fettuccine Bolognese

Got the fettuccine Bolognese and Your Friend Paul Weber's Pizza. I'd say the pizza was more standout but both were pretty good. The pizza was also more unique with a lot of different flavors working together whereas the fettuccine was a little more basic but still enjoyable. Service was reasonable and the ambiance was laid back. They had a patio which was a plus for a nice evening.

We were so excited to finally try out this restaurant!

Had really high hopes for this place after a long day on the road. The menu looked inventive and…read moreamazing. Things started out well, the BF had a tasty Manhattan and I had a mocktail that was subtle and delicious, and not overpriced as mocktails often are. But alas. The house salads that we ordered were overdressed in a vinaigrette so acidic we couldn't finish them. And there wasn't much to them. Other than greens and fried shallots and pickled red onions, there was a tiny dusting of some finely grated cheese. And who needs two kinds of onions and nothing else on the salad? Then we each had a bowl of the matzo ball soup, which was ridiculous. Three matzo balls sitting in a quarter-inch of broth that was so unbelievably salty that we couldn't eat that either. We ended up asking for hot water to dilute the broth to a level of saltiness that was edible. The chicken was okay and the matzo balls were okay. A little gummy. But the broth was just awful. It all made me wonder if the chef had lost their sense of taste due to Covid or something. Seriously. I've had that happen to me a couple of times and all I could taste was really basic stuff like sour and salt. And our waitress was totally uninterested in trying to make our experience better. She wasn't rude, she was just indifferent to the fact that we'd been served two courses that we absolutely couldn't eat. Didn't offer us anything to compensate or even express any sympathy about it. We got out of there as fast as we could and made ourselves feel better with an Andy's frozen custard.
